Onliners always have time to give one more moment of thought before they click the post button.  There's really not much reason for name-calling or personal insults, we can always just shut off our computers.  People sometimes need to step back and take an objective view of their own behavior in the way other people see them.  Those that misbehave or allow misbehavior among their forum friends are least likely to want to take a real look at themselves.   Especially with online actions that are only taking place between those people and their keyboards, when it comes to dealing with the public and explaining their actions or inactions, those people hide behind their monitors.  Thanks for all your common sense!
