Truly, decide the kind of person you want to be. Decide how that person would act. Act that way. You will become that kind of person.

If you later find out it's not the kind of person you want to be, no problem.
Just start over, learn new habits. Ah, it's so GOOD to be HUMAN, where we HAVE those choices.
Just don't blame anyone else for what you have become. Remember, YOU chose it to deal with the situation hand, and to get the situation you wanted at hand.
