Sometimes the military is the best choice, my son didn't seem thrilled about going to college.  He was supposed to go to art school but he would have had to live at home, I don't think that was an exciting thought for him.  He wants to get out there and "do stuff"!

I'm very proud of him, especially that he went to school every day...so many boys quit school.  I'm glad he went and is graduating.

My nephew has been to Iraq twice also, but not for 15 months, I think it was 7 months each time.  Thanks for your well-wishes.  Good luck to your son!
