I had a friend that went horse back riding one day even though she has had no lessons or prior experience. She mounts the horse unassisted and the horse immediately springs into motion. It gallops along at a steady and rhythmic pace, but the lady begins to slip from the saddle. In terror, she grabs for the horse's mane, but cannot seem to get a firm grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but she slides down the side of the horse anyway. The horse gallops along, seemingly ignorant of its slipping rider. Finally, giving up her frail grip, the lady attempts to leap away from the horse and throw herself to safety. Unfortunately, her foot becomes entangled in the stirrup, and she is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her head is struck against the ground over and over. As her head is battered against the ground, she is mere moments away from unconsciousness when to her great fortune, Bobby, the Wal-Mart greeter, sees her and unplugs the horse.

I have never had a horse of mine own, but I love horses. I used to ride them when I was younger.  They are such beautiful animals!

 If I did have a horse maybe I would call him Silver or Trigger! :)

My Father where ever he is nowadays, could be at my grandmothers house in texas (his mom). Anyway he had a farm like my grandfather back in the 70s raising them for show here in San Diego, i was living in Burbank at the time but we would come down here to see Grandads and my dads Horses in the arena's here walking them around for trophys, my fathers horse was named (Dandylion) for the light brown hair it had for his mane and tail. But i was raised around farm animals, kinda strange coming from a city boy with a name. LOl.

I had a horse when I was a young girl, his name was Jimmy.  I love horses I wish I could have one now but they don't make good house pets (too large).  I do have a collection of horse figurines.
