Also, have you tried Etsy?  You can set up a free web page to sell handmade crafts.  It cost 20 cents to post an item and a percentage when an item is sold, similare to ebay and yes you can use paypal.  My etsy shop is http://designsbyjenean.etsy.com.  I love the community at etsy through the forums.
