Terry,

You should see my sofa, there are papers, magazines and mail on both of the end cushions and just enough space in the center for me to sit my hiney there.  Occasionally I try to clean it up, but not really...I enjoy being surrounded by my "stuff".

You should have seen my father-in-law's bed...not that I SAW his bed up close and personal...LOL but he was divorced and had one side of his bed covered with books and papers AND an old rotary phone so he could lay there and yack to his friends, and his cat was always there too.  He slept on one side of the bed and never cleaned the stuff off the other side.

He passed away 16 years ago and I remember someone asking if his house had been ransacked, it hadn't!  His kitchen table was covered with loose candies and pocket fuzz that he always had in his pockets and emptied those onto the table every day after work.  He had an electronic chess set that was covered with crumbs and coffee drips, he had 2 fully decorated Christmas trees up all year in the living room and bedroom.  He let my husband and I tear out 2 rooms worth of wall-to-wall carpet with a utility knife and roll it up and take it to our first crummy apartment that didnt have carpeting.  We once made  homemade candles from melted crayons in his rice steamer and that was okay with him too!  He was a fantastic human being!  I really miss him!  One person's treasure is another person's vision of a ransacked house, he was a real treasure!

Yikes ... that's a little scary, Judy ... we sound too much alike!

Seriously though, would I hire me today the answer would be a resounding, "NO."  I lost my desire for netmarketing a long time ago.  So what am I doing here, you might ask.  My answer would be I know I can be successful.  Since becoming an Adlander, I'm regaining the focus and enthusiasm I had lost.

There was no one I would rather have hired than me.  I was absolutely dedicated to what I was doing.  I wrote manually everyday to my contact list so I could personalize my note with their name.  I also sent a Group Mailing to my Team members.  I didn't know about autoresponders back then.  Then a series of mistakes and events happened and gradually, I lost focus and enthusiasm while taking on too many opportunities and spreading myself too thin.

Kathleen's post today, made me realize last fall I had created a simple 3 Step  System.  I lost confidence before implementing it.  Because deep down, I truly like easy, that's exactly the way I created it.   You don't need a bunch of advertising or netmarketing tools.  All you need is 3-6 good friends and $15.

What's even better is that I will pay for anyone who doesn't have the $15 to get started.  That is truly a Pay It Forward Plan!

Sincerely,

Terry

Hello Kathleen,

Your father-in-law sounds like he was a wonderful person.

Too often, we don't really appreciate a person until they're gone.  That is truly our loss.

Sincerely,

Terry

Hi Kathleen,

It is a rosounding yes! I have never seen better. In network marketing it is always said, "Would you want others doing what you do every day." in regards to achieving success in your business. I have always kept this in mind. Never ask others to do what you are not willing to do.

Peace, Health and Prosperity,

Hi again Terry,

Replying to one of your other posts about your computer crashing, that has happened to me more than once!  The last time was 2 yrs ago and I was without a computer for 3 months and I went to the library almost every day to use the computer.  I still had sales coming in because before that I had been advertising a LOT.  But I learned since then to always save everything, if you don't save on disk you can always email all your stuff to yourself at a Yahoo mail account or something like that so it will be safe even if YOUR files are gone.
