With Cait being only 12 it's hard for her to understand. I had tried to use the softball team she was on as an example that 1 person alone could never win the game no matter how good they are. Even the best hitter on the team needs the girls to do what they are good at if they are to come out on top. This is her 1st time that money & team work is combined. She dog walks, house sits, babysits... but getting the job & the money is on her shoulders only. So this thread has given me a few ideas to help her understand.

Your thoughts on the Double U and W is an awesome post and unfortunately so true. 

In 4 years I have never experienced the Team effort I had with my very first team and I had absolutely no experience.  Netmarketing was a joy despite not knowing the ropes.  I have tried several opps since, but other than a handful of loyal friends never had the success I had with the first. 

I've joined programs under some of the most knowledgeabe people in the business, but found the personal touch lacking.  The exception would be Janet Legere, founder/owner of Contact List Builder.

I believe its mostly due to building their businesses with numbers rather than relationships.  Please don't get me wrong ... these people are very successful and don't have the time for hand holding and that's ok, but it leaves the inexperienced grasping in trying to make their own way which leads back to your Double U doesn't it?

Personally, I would prefer to build a solid foundation by working with a few ... training them ... then the next and so on.  I believe there would be a lot less drop out. 

Perhaps, I'm unrealistic in my thinking, but I like to be a sponsor rather than a recruiter.

Thank you for your offer, Kathleen.  Appreciate it!  Three reasons I won't join you.  I'm already involved with another Lotto Program, I'm maxed out (sure you and the others have felt like that before) and I already received the flalottomagic offer from another friend here in the community.  Wouldn't be fair to her to take you up on your offer.

PS I am serious and hopefully helpful.  Did you get the opportunity to check out the "Making A Difference" forum.  Not much there yet as I just created it on the weekend, but I'll work at it.  I've only been a member of the community since last week.
