Hello Marilyn,

At first I thought you were talking about my James...*grin*
I enjoyed reading how you and Rick met on the internet.  As you may or
may nor know, James and I were internet buddies before we met in person
back in July 1999.

I did not even have a picture of James because he did not have a scanner
or someone to take his picture to send me, for a long time.  When I did get
a photo it was taken at a distance and he was wearing a hat and sunglasses,
his usual trademarks so the photo was not a clear indication of what he looked
like in person. 

I liked James because of his great heart towards other people too.  When me
met in person, he was exactly the same character as he had portreyed in our
many online conversations.  We have been together for 7 1/2 years, we have
been separated by long distances twice - the first when I had to go back to
New Zealand and was away for a year and the second time when he started to
drive over the road and he came home every 6 - 8 weeks for 4 days, he did
this for a year until he changed to the Net Op day run.

Hello Marilyn,

Wow, what a great post and show of adoration for a terrific guy. Yes, Rick I'll admit it, you are okay in my book. In fact, I expressed those exact same sentiments to Marilyn only yesterday about how terrific you really are and how happy I am to see you finally get the woman you truly deserve. A woman who will stand by your side or (lay by it--lol) no matter what.

Life has a funny way of surprising you just when you've lost all hope then you turn the corner and there stands your soul mate. CONGRATULATIONS guys, my hats off to the both of you. Now take my advise and believe what I say, "you've already found true love can success be far away?" I think not, so let's kick some butt this year and don't sweat the small stuff from outsiders who are evious and would love to be in your shoes. Like they say in the "Sopranos", just forget about it"!

Thanks Marilyn for that info it;s always nice to learn a little more about fellow Adlanders. Personaly I ignor most of the negative stuff said here and get back to the person involved and get it from the horses mouth so to speak. So many times people can be so vindictive over such petty matters. Its too bad too when it happens in friendly communities
