One of Steven Covey's 7 Habits says" Seek first to understand, then to be understood".
Communication (or lack of it) is at the top of my list of problem makers. There's is an art to speaking clearly and the more difficult art of listening. If I miss a point and follow instructions incorrectly I have to take full responsibility. Either I didn't listen correctly or I didn;t ask the right questions to get a clear picture of what was needed.

Thanks for sharing another great quote, Bogdan. Young people of today need to practice this. It would be nice to mirror write this quote, tape it to their forhead while they are sleeping, that way when they look in the mirrror in the morning this would be the first thing they see.
