You sure got a lot of input, some of it very blunt, all of it worth taking to heart. Let me add this. Stop and regroup. No more capital? Then end all marketing and paid advertising until your new site is up again.  Right now advertising is money wasted.

When you have a working and on topic web ready to publish order a domain and hosting service for “yourbusiness.com” There are many hosting companies out there providing this service for as little as $7mo. BlueHost is my favorite. I have 4 domains hosted with them and have had great service.
