Jonothan can you afford to go to a doctor or nurse practiioner?  YOu need to get some help.  YOu need to get some antidepressants to help you think better about what to do about your situation.  If you don't want to do that, I recommend that you go down to your Union Gospel Mission near you.  They can be very helpful and help you get your life on track again.  They are very nice people.  You can get free meals there.

Jonothan have you called your credit card company?  You can work something out with them also.  Maybe someone at the mission can help you call them.  Please do something about this ok.  Thank you.
