YouTube Mailer members ... Whats up with this?

I keep seeing the promos to join this.

So, I sat and read the TOS from their site and I saw this:

=====>

Y.The average life of a submitter list is 45 days. The lists are advertised at the number of lists or individuals that were loaded at the time of release of the program to the public. At the time you purchase the program the lists may not be as fresh or responsive as when the program was originally released. At some times we may ask for a donation or for you to upgrade your membership to keep a program responsive.

Z. Submission services are costly and require a certain amount of money to constantly do, in the event that this certain amount of money is not generated by affiliate sales or new customers to cover a days services the services will be offset for that day. Your membership to any given service will not cease to exist, nor will you not be billed for the service, the ads simply will not be submitted for that day. It is your responsibility as affiliates and members to keep the service active with your promotions as well as ours.

=====>

Now, I'm no genius but, this really smells like a scam in the making.

I have heard already from a few members that they have had many problems with the program. I'm still not sure how they are really getting all of the optins for their members to solicit.

The other thing is how are they policing the system of what is sent since they say:

=====>

C. We do not allow members that provide, sells or offers to sell the following products or content (or services related to the same): pornography or illicitly pornographic sexual products; escort services; illegal goods; illegal drugs; illegal drug contraband; pirated computer programs; instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other weapons

D. We do not allow members that provide material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content

E. We do not allow members that sell or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received

F. We do not allow members that introduce viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the Internet

G. We do not allow members that promote, solicits or participates in pyramid schemes

H. We do not allow members that engage in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing activity

I. We do not allow members that post any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or which provides instruction, information or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence

Ok, enough questions. Any answers or comments?

Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for your informative post, however I have had no problems in using the mailer myself and I use it every other day.  I have had some people contacting me because they don't read the signup instructions properly and they forget to bookmark the page with their personal login code.

I have resolved all their questions as I wouldn't knowingly promote a scam!  However if you do find anything untoward regarding this program please inform me asap.  With regard to your info on the disclaimer statement on the site, I personally don't have a problem with it because it only cost me $20 bucks to join and at less than £10 it was peanuts plus I have had my original investment back and then some!

I welcome any further info you come up with, but please don't class it as a scam until you have the proof to do so!

Best Wishes

John.

Hi Kenneth,

Check the domain, youtubemailer.com, and you will find that none other than the Master of Fake Blasters himself is in charge:

Administrative Contact: Wells, Matthew, matt@2xoptin.com , GCI, LLC.,P.O. Box 844, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834, United States. (307) 620-0796.

I imagine that you are probably familiar with Mr. Wells, and can understand why I haven't wasted any time on this.  I have tried a couple of times to pass this on to those who have promoted this to me, however, after getting no real positive response, I had to assume that the lure of multiple $15 pay-outs for a $20 investment was too strong, so I eventually gave up.  After all, what will $20 buy nowdays, not much.

I guess the bottom line is, invest a couple of grand in a really nice website, start the word around, then sit back and collect $5 for each of the 100,000 to 200,000 signups you can gather before it catches up with you.  If a person has no conscience, it's not a bad way to make money.  Does anyone really believe that it was limited to the first 1,000 people, or that anyone would actually sue over losing $20?

This is only my opinion, but I do appreciate that you asked.

Have A Blessed Week,

Phil Black
