Hi Nick :) thanks for sharing a very interesting article, I always try to stick to a healthy diet, so I think I'm doing ok, always better to use a natural detox than spending a fortune on pills etc! Hope you are having a great weekend :)

Becky, thank you so much for accepting the invite. I love to see a new friend in the forum. Years ago we could all eat whatever the stomach could digest. Now because of pollution, chemicals and evolution we become more and more immune to antibiotics and more prone to disease.
