Ok now we know what to eat, we need to write an article about what to avoid. And one thing I know is if you eat a lot of bread..especially leavened bread you will get yeast infection and that can cause a lot of the gastric problems as well as inflammation in the joints and painful swelling...plus weight gain, gas and bloating.

Combine the bread with sugar and you have a warm environment, yeast, and sugar..whalla ..what rises in the oven also rises in your body.

Avoid alcohol as well, it also causes problems, and any overprocessed foods, like tv dinners, pot pies, anything that has a lot of preservatives
to keep it fresh.

All of this will also keep your body from absorbing a lot of the minerals you need for your body to thrive. So you feel sluggish and tired.

And as far as that goes, even fresh vegies you grow in your garden are prone to pollutants and toxins, and even if you're eating organic vegies they still have to be watered with the right type of water.

Your body can only absorb about 7% of the minerals in food. We are not chickens so we can't digest rocks, so what are we to do?

We've had to turn to science for the answers. Research is ongoing and it costs money, but there is a way to insure that you're getting everything you need and it's a combination of science and nature that can only come from one place that I know of.

There are hundreds of products out there, but choose wisely because they're not all what they're cracked up to be.

DID YOU KNOW? The U.S. Social Security Board reports that 85 out of 100 Americans reaching age 65 don't possess as much as $250. And only 2% are self-sustaining (the rest dependent on family, church, or the government)! Want to know what the "2-percenters" know that you don't? www.sfi4.com/11579740/FREE
