Hello Venerina, Thank you for your article. I agree with you there are lots of places to post your ads Online. It is very bothersome for the forum owner to just see ads ads ads. I hope we all can do whats right & consider the other persons forums.

I am not saying that people cannot express their opinions ... I am just saying that they should think carefully about the way the express them, where they express them and to whom they express them.

A man cannot shoot another and then say ... "I'm sorry" .... or "I didn't mean to" .... or "It was just temporary rage" .... the damage is already done ....

In theory, the aim of AdlandPro, first and foremost, is to create an environment where people can network ... many businesses depend on successful networking ... the level of professionalism demonstrated by the owner reflects the level of professionalism in business.  If the business and the person are liked, it invites more people into the circle and potential business venture.

In reality ... a lot of people come and stay in AdlandPro because they enjoy the company and friendship of others ... they are given a home from home ... but when negativity circulates, these people may start to be disappointed in the faith they installed in their new online friends ....and some may be compelled to go elsewhere.  Which, ultimately has a knock on effect for all of us... our friends suddenly disappear, from AdlandPro, for no reason ... and we are none the wiser ... so we all lose out....

One action, in one place, has a serious knock on effect in other places and amongst other people.  Those who leave will warn their friends not to come here, they may mention names of people to avoid in life... their friends will warn their friends ... and before you know it .... nobody will read anything you have to say anywhere on the Internet ... this is the professional point I am trying to put across to people ...

Everyone has disagreements and anger but they can be aired in private ...and when I say this .... I DO NOT mean that personal messages or emails are an open invitation to personally attack or threaten anybody ... and two wrongs do not make a right.

Someobody has to put the fires out ...

It is true there is nothing to defend here ... whether someone chooses to look at AdlandPro as a "hangout" with newfound friends or whether they choose to view it as an advertising medium, the facts and consequences of actions are all stated here ... (hopefully!!! lol)

We are all diverse, we are all from different countries, different walks of life and different cultural-educational backgrounds ... but we are ALL human beings ...

Every individual's behaviour, herein, is seen here, by other community members and it is seen right across the globe through the search engines ... just looking through the daily reports of sign ups in ADP is enough to give people an idea of the quantity of new potential friends/clients they could have if they worked in unisom to make AdlandPro a place that people would want to stay in ...
