REALITY is something that is an ongoing thing. YOU either keep up with the times and things needed to succeed and pass them on to your group, or you stand to fail.  DO what others are not willing to do and do it right in order to become an effective leader.

Kudos again to you Bogdan.

You always realistically exhibit Leadership qualities.

I am enjoying new found freedom of being relieved form the Corporate World.
That is allowing me to realistcally enhance my Leadership positions with my Asssociates.
