Tina,
What aa beautiful plant/herb business you have.
FROM MY HERB BOOK: Tranquillity and purity are inherent in the unique fragrance of lavendar, as reflected by the 17yh century author Izaak Walton, "I long to be in a house where the sheets smell of lavender." Its fresh clean scent was the favorite bathwater additive of the Greeks and Romans and it name derives from the Latin lavate, "to wash"
This herb was used for disquising bad odors in the streets and houses. Stories of the glovers using the oil of lavendar to scent their fasionable leather were free of plague. This encouraged people to carry lavendar to ward off the pestilence.
Add lavendar to your bath and feel like a Roman or greek. I will add some recipes to the Adlandpro cookbook using lavendar.
Thanks for coming and we wish you well with your business.
