Hi Tom
Thanks for visiting my forum. I have to agree with what you said about visiting doctors to discuss your ailments. They often prescribe medications to see if they will help. Sometimes the medications have adverse side-effects that are almost as bad as, as bad as, or worse than the symptoms you had before going to the doctor. Then there are medications prescribed to offset the side-effects caused by other medications you take. When possible I like the natural approach too, but sometimes you must take medication for certain conditions because your health requires it.

Hi Diane,
Thanks for visiting my forum and posting the information about the saliva test for hormone imbalance. I haven't heard of this and wonder how the hormone imbalance affects  fibromyalgia. I haven't read anything about that yet in any medical articles.

Hi Patsy,
I am so glad you visited my forum and hope you will continue to check in. In the past there was a theory that epstein-barr virus and fibromyalgia are related, but I haven't read much about this in recent medical articles.
I didn't realize how many products had toxins either. I use some Melaleuca products for cleaning and for doing laundry.

Hi Alana,
I didn't realize how many products have toxins. It is a shame that companies are allowed to include these in their products. Thanks for posting your list.
Concerning formaldehyde, in a fibromyalgia support group in which I participate one of the ladies has a relative who is in the funeral business. He says much less preservative is needed in bodies these days than in years past because people have so much preservatives in their bodies already. Scary thought isn't it?

Hi Myra,
Thanks for visiting my forum and posting. I agree that natural products are very desirable and we need more of them, whether they are cleaning products, foods, or vitamins.
