More Fibromyalgia Syndrome Links

Here are a few more good links guys: http://healthlink.mcw.edu/article/977865667.html http://www.centeru.com/library/householdCleaning.php http://www.ghchealth.com/forum/health-dangers-of-phenols-found-in-household-cleaners-discussion-195.php One of the keys in treating CFS and FM are DE-STRESSING your environment.... of emotional stresses and chemical stresses, MAKING yourself get exercise (even when you don't feel like it), and eating balanced diets with good nutritonal support. I WISH there were a cure (and yea, I KNOW MLMs who TOUT they can CURE anything ... :-( ), but for now we need to focus on PREVENTION! When someone suffers from FM, I've seen miraculous results with just de-toxing homes.... NO chemical cleaners at all can be brought in. Vinegar, Baking Soda, Saltand tea tree oil can be used as cleaners, and just that often substantially lessens symptoms... Hope this helps! Linda/FCLS, CMAS, BS, RN BizNurse@satx.rr.com

Hi, guess I'm one of the newest members. Although I have not been diagnosed with fibro, I have many other diseases that the toxins in our homes love to jump on, so I have done my best to remove those toxins. I love the list posted by zbfree. I didn't realize how many of our household products had toxins, and I thought I was educated. Anyway, I have epstein-barr virus, neurological disorders, neuropathy, cancer (cancer free), history of stroke, etc. I will be going thru my house again and removing any of these products. Oh, I guess my nic might be useful for some people on this forum might know me. "alamomoney" Talk to u later.
