Hi Marilyn, First things first..... Congratulations Jill & Patrick!!!!!! Have a Wonderful Week!!!! I agree we do get a lot of email and I tend to get side-tracked enjoying the posts instead of working. My solution (what I personally do) is delete duplications. My mail sorts newest to oldest, so once I have visited a forum I can search down and delete duplicate emails. Doing this each day, or as often as possible, keeps me updated.

Hello Jenny, I definitely agree with you about the overkill at times in some of the forums. I personally send out one direct message, which goes out to everyone on my friends list to let them know about the Parade of Stars forum being out. Since not everyone knows about the forum, or gets invited when you do a forum, that is why I do this. When you write up a forum invites only go out to those that are members...direct messages help to let all your friends know what is going on, and be able to join a forum that they never knew existed. Since I get alot of new friends on a weekly basis these people are not even aware of any forums yet. I want to make sure that they are included. I personally can solve you getting 3 or more invites to the Parade of Stars by not clicking on send to all members and just send out a direct message to everyone to inform them of the new forum for the week.You may still get more than one though because a couple members of the team also promote the forum...that is because we do not all have the same friends. I think you will definitely see let though, and I hope that makes you, and others that feel the same way, happier. I only wish that you had commented on the issue that I sent this forum out about, and that was honoring 2 people every week.
