Hi Lynda,
Hurray! It sounds like things are looking up for you. That's very good news.
Be sure to concentrate on your new job! lol! We're all here rooting for you, I'm sure, and when you need any help with your online endeavours, always feel free to PM me - I'm happy to help, as I'm sure everyone else here is, too.
On your blog idea - it's good to break up all your programs into separate sites - you can do some of that with blogs - but don't stretch yourself too thin. It's better to cut down on what you're marketing and concentrate on one or two at the most. I would actually recommend concentrating on just one to start with. Pick the one you're most enthusiastic about and run with it.
Your website title, "Baby Boomers with Attitude" has a GREAT ring to it and would make an EXCELLENT title for a blog. You'll need to talk to Kenneth about his services; he may be able to set you up so that when people click on your website name, it goes directly to your blog.
However you set it up, I would suggest that your title is perfect for a blog, and what you would then do is write articles for Baby Boomers with links to services that you offer for baby boomers. Kenneth has already posted some excellent comments about how to do that.
You can also find articles that can be reprinted with permission at various sites around the internet (like http://tipsntools.com ) I can direct you to several sites, as can others here. What you want to do with a blog is create interesting reading (content) for people coming to your blog as often as you can that fits the context of your market.
What you do not want to do is to write any "buy this" copy for your site. Instead, give helpful, informative and interesting information sprinkled with links to what you're talking about. People will come back to read more, and eventually start following the links as they realise you are an expert in your field.
Now, get some sleep! Big things are in your future and you'll need your strength!
God bless,
Dave
