It's back - that ugly, insidious "opportunity" (read that as SCAM) masquerading, this time, under the name of 14dailyplus is ready to wreak havoc among all the hopefuls who are desperate to make money - by whatever means. No Emailing.... That's $306,600. per Year! $840. Per Day....Every Day!! In the Advertising Business! Take the next step in the right direction ! When are people EVER gonna learn that this is crap - in its purest form. It's set up simply to siphon money up the sucker tree to the leaves at the top. Eventually the roots die, the wind blows and all the lower and medium and upper leaves fall away. But when you look at the very top of the tree (the crown), well, it was stripped bare long before the wind ever blew. All the money is gone and a new scam is already under way - just like this one! Paypal scams, phishing scams, E-Bay scams, bank scams. I don't need even more junk here just because I decided to become a member of Adland. What have I done? Painted a target on my forehead? Duh! My take is that it will be like the proverbial merry-go-round. The authorities can shut these things down time and time again but they just keep on coming. They appeal to greed - something for nothing. Hence, they spread like wildfire. The thing that dags me so much is the incessant promotion of them. Adland seems to be a haven for this type of thing. It's like a virus. If more "Adlanders" came to this forum they wouldn't waste their time - or ours because they would know the impossibility or high improbability of this sort of thing. Sure, some people make money - the creators. The rest of them either lose or make such a minimal amount that it doesn't matter. Hey - CALLING ALL CARS! Yo Winston! Way to go! - methodically. That darn Linda - LOL! I was just thinking some more about all these dumb scams... I read a book called "Guerilla Marketing" a while back. It was all about different, off-beat marketing approaches to get attention. Unfortunately, the people who proliferate this dailypro type stuff must have mistaken the name for "Gorilla Marketing" - ie if you monster out enough junk somebody has to take notice - or take pity upon you.
