Whenever you find yourself feeling discouraged or experiencing any other thoughts that do not FEEL good...
I want to offer you something that may make you FEEL a bit better... for I believe that when we can find something that makes us FEEL better, we begin to attract to us better circumstances and more prosperity and well being.
When you find yourself thinking about anything, including overdue bills or family issues, that do not feel pleasant, stop for just a moment - 68 seconds is enough - and thing of something that DOES make you feel better.
Perhaps it is a pleasant memory of someone you love or it could be a goal you want to achieve.
In any event, when you stop for 68 seconds and simply change your thought to something that FEELS better, you may notice a "shift" in your perception of your circumstances.
