Here's another aspect to building a successful team: All team members of a flourishing group are trained, willing and able to lead or follow when called upon. That puts a new spin the function of each team member, including the leader, who by the way should be trained to do the job of those he occaisonally leads in and through an event. This is too frequently over looked in today's everyday routine in business or any environment where a working people group has a common purpose. The application of this is first hand in my past occupation. If you know how fire, police, nursing or any of the social and community resources funtion, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Hi Linda, Good article. Sometimes it's difficult to control whether you are recruiting someone with the same work ethic as yours, but I've been pleasantly surprised that with patience, perseverance, encouragement and direction, many that others had given up on completely, came through for me. It is very time-consuming working with a team like that, although when the wheels are turning smoothly and income is growing, they will follow you to the ends of the earth. Just my two-cents worth.

Hello Linda Thank you for the invite and the info. I've always enjoyed Jim Rohn's writings/teachings. He hits the nail right on the head! I try to make sure I know who's walking the talk...though sometimes you get some who can fool you! Have a great evening Warm regards Kristine The Ultimate Income and Lead Generation System..Period! Thank you for sharing that Linda. I'm not familiar with Jim Rohn...now I am. I've also ordered the demo CD, as while I know what I should be doing I never seem to be able to focus clearly enough and need to learn how to clear the mind! I'll let you know how I go. Linda
