I can certainly relate to the issue - I've been getting quite few mails I considered quite intrusive and manipulating and my first reaction and response was and still is just to delete them - though I am too polite to simply block the senders... Hi Kathy, I just had to drop back and say that I agree with what Curtis has just said, why is it that so many people try to use manipulation and intimidation factors in an effort to get people to follow them as leaders when if they were actually true leaders and any good at what they are doing they would not need to resort to these types of tactics in the first place. It makes me and my wife absolutely sick to see the way that Internet Marketers both Newbies and somewhat Seasoned are treated and taken advantage of which is why I have decided to increase the Non-Profit Portion of IMU to include a support group for Internet Marketers and I shall be contacting members of Adland starting today to join a site here at Adland that is dedicated strictly to that Non-Profit Side of what IMU is all about. I agree with everyone that any kind of harrassment is uncalled for and intolerable. However I am not one to jump on the band wagon because of what someone says! There are to many injustices done to people because of misunderstood intentions! If there is something tangible to show this alleged bullying, harrassment, intimidation, then just as there is a request for unification in this matter, there should also be an assesment of the facts. I believe the block feature, Bogdan has in place is used for these kind of attacks! Who would I be standing up against? I am an adult, I want to enjoy this community, and personally I don't like a lot of drama! I am on the side of integrity, generousity, courtesy, and resiprosity! However I cannot condone a gathering against anyone when the facts are not known! I am in and out of the forums all the time, and would be interested in knowing what needs to stop immediately??? I believe Bogdan put this community together for like minded people to come together to share ideas, network, promote, and learn how to grow their business, in a personal setting where we interact on a community level. Well just like in any neighbourhood there is, the rabble rouser who everyone goes around, there is the bully who everyone knows to stay away from, there is the character who's antics are humourous, there is the drama queen who everyone know sees danger in every corner, there is the begger, the baker, and candlestick maker! There is diverse personalities in a community, and because someones personality does not mesh with ours, with out further evidence is this cause to gather together on a witch hunt?? You have my Support Kathy. I don't think I have been targeted yet or at leats I haven't noticed it. I'm not sure whaat this is refering to but I do not believe in bulliing anyone at anytime. I was always bulled in school & I know how that feels to be pushed around. It's not fun at all. I wsih everyone here at Adland the best with what they are trying to accomplish on the Internet. May we all support each other & stand beside one another.
