Hello and Good Morning,] Thank you all for your support in this very important issue.I am not looking or interested in a witch hunt,using that word would make me just as bad as the cyber bully,This cyber bully most likely thinks he is not doing anything wrong,He believes he has some power over people because he tongue has convienced them of it.All I am saying is that no one has the right to order anyone around.No one can tell someone who they can talk to, associate with or what to join,No one has the right to ever say to one person if they join or sign up with someone they will be kicked out of there group or business venture.Who on earth do you think you are cyber bully???And yes if your reading this I do know your name!!!This is a great community and I will stand up against you,you in no way scare me at all,You are not god!!!!And for those of you who are being bullyed by this person and you know you are tell this person to take a flying jump into the lakes of fire!!!He can not hurt you,he can only hurt you if you let him continue bullying you. No one has the right to make anyone feel uncomfortable,I guess I am sort of a bully right now for making the person who I am referring to feel alittle sick to his stomache I am sure But I am trying to protect our community against a villian!!!If someone was to break into your house would you not defend it???If your child was being hurt would you not come to the rescue???Well here I am taking care of my home and my family. Please deleteing this person will not really help, this person has it in there head to try to control all, Well not on my watch will I ever let that happen.Thanks everyone for all your support but please only do it for our community home.Kathy

HI Kathy, I am a little confused here because I am not at all aware of any bullying going on here in our community. I would also like to see an example of what you are speaking of because I have not seen or heard about this at all. If this is going on, then I definitely agree it needs to be stopped, and people should not be doing things such as this. Everyone is entitled to do whatever business they choose to...no one pays their way, their bills, etc and can not try to dictate what business they should be in, promoting or anything else. I really have not seen or heard anything about this though, and I hope I don't because if I do I will also be another one to be wreckened with! Be professional here people, not children! Marilyn

Mike you have a sweet wife, and even if she is a newby, she learns quick. Thank you Kathy for bringing this to our attention. I wasn't aware some of those managed to get into IMU, a sad day for sure. I have dealt with those before. Block and delete is the best way to go. One of the best things about IMU is the fact we are here to help one another, not bully each other into our different businesses. Mike, Lisa(P) and I have even started personally teaching and helping others learn different ways to advertise, with giving away some free advertising to each one of them that is willing to put a little effort into it. I think this will help our members more than anything right now, even more so if this helps them make a little money. It will build their confidence, and will encourage more outside advertising than just depending on the adland community to join their business, Newsletters or to buy their products. I think this will solve some of the bully marketing that is going on here at adland to. Thanks again Kathy and Mike, Mary (EVP)

A memory surfaced that happened in a career that took half my working life. This misguided felonious individual that was a lower than life specimen of the human race was verbally harassing a co-worker in the same unit. My well chosen words communicated to him, that worked, to the effect that "my co-worker and I were equally trained and experienced and irregardless of your words or behavior, I would back him up with vengeance." I loved as I heard myself indulge. I don't need to say it, but perhaps there's a language that these types will understand.
