Urgent - Please read and say aye...
3/14/2006 6:12:27 PM
Hi: EDITED When I posted this thread, it was in regard to personal messages between two members of this forum in regard to posting here. I have since communicated with both parties and I feel that it was a misunderstanding. Thus, I have edited this to leave in the guidelines, but have removed the rest. FORUM GUIDELINES 1) New & Existing Posts Members are welcome to post to existing threads or start new ones if they are relevant to business & profit online and/or this forum and it's members. If I feel a post is not relevant, I will delete it and explain (to the poster) why I have done so. I don't delete valid questions or good conversations. 2) Blatant Ads Will Be Deleted As I explain to many newbies, conversation goes in the body of the post. Ads go in the sig file and the classified ads section. That's how forums work. At least this one. 3) Debate Issues Without Flaming No member should ever feel fear of or experience personal attack here. We are adults. We are welcome to debate issues. We are not welcome to personally and openly criticize or attack people. ie; You can say "Joe, I don't agree with your statements about autosurf. Here's why..." You can not say "Joe, you're an idiot." P.S. Edit note. Someone disagreeing with an opinion is not an attack. Summary: There are 136 members of this forum. I want all members to feel equally welcome to ask questions and share opinions. That's how we grow. I continually say that this group is the cream of the crop. I say it because I believe it. I also believe feeling comfortable here allows the best in us to show. You know? Sure you do... Thanks. Linda P.S. If you think these "rules" are fair, let me know. If you think there's room to improve, let me know that too. I can still learn more. I know this because I'm not dead yet. That's when I'll be done learning. : )

Aye! It's your forum. And frankly, unless I missed something, I have not seen anything "out of place". Angela

Linda, I must admit, some of the happenings around "here", and I am referring to "Adland" in general, not your forums, is completely out of line. Who died and left the sender of that email in charge? If they don't like what's being discussed, they, and all of us, are free to "leave".

Linda, Just in case, in some way it's not obvious, you can count me as an "aye".

Aye! This is the only forum that I always visit. I did think that some new threads were "out of place" but I knew it wasn't my place to police them. I just smiled, I know Linda's pretty good with a wet noodle! Bob
