Speaking for myself, I always give more latitude to those who are writing in a language that is not their native tongue.
English is one of the most difficult languages, due in part to the sometimes arbitrary spelling and verb conjugation rules and in part to the fact that we have borrowed so many words from so many different languages. Even among English-speaking countries, we can't all agree on proper spelling, as examples above illustrate.
When and only when I have learned to speak and write perfect Norwegian, I will judge you for your English. Don't hold your breath, lol. (In case that colloquialism doesn't translate well, it means that won't happen any time soon--like never.)
