You are confusing me even more LOL you are already a founder member as far as I know.
I wondered if it would be a good idea if once the membership update is realesed that all founder members identify themselves here by putting "Founder" after their post so the new members know who is who. Think how confused they must be :-D
I have received a message from Jim, thankyou and here follow's my reply which I am copying here.....
Dear Jim,
Thankyou for messaging me about what the objectives of the forum are. I know it will seem a little confusing but we are forming a company and have the founders already in place.
We are going to market as a TEAM instead of as individuals. We will research products, contact the companies and join directly, not under anyone's affilliate (saves arguments). No one will gain personally from other members of WOSAT, only from the Team efforts of the whole.
We are then inviting a second group (where you come in) and we will train your group to market as a group too but affilliated under WOSAT.
There will be disclosure forms to sign as we have worked very hard for three months to set this up and want to protect our ideas. Once your group are training and succeeding, we will continue with a third group while your group can invite and train, passing on and sharing all skills combined in the group, learning from each other and teaching each other.
This may sound reasonably straight forward, but I can assure you there will be many pitfalls along the way, people will leave, people will come in, people will try and take over. The TEAM needs to get to know each other for now, bond, make friends, invite to 100 members+ and find out about each others resources and knowledge they can offer the team. Only then will products come into play.
We estimate that each TEAM will take aproximately six weeks to form before becoming fully fledged members of Wings of Success Advisory Team and getting your true wings.
We will soon be moving to private forum's on the WOSAT website which is currently under creation. There it will be easier to determine members from Adland posters, founders from Rep's.
Phew!!! I hope you understood that. There are many founders who have had very little sleep and big phone bills in sorting all this out :-)but built some very strong friendship's globally.
We look forward to working with you as our first group and you are honoured to be in this from the start and we will learn as much from your presence as you will from our experiences so far.
