That's exactly what the conservative side means by a "Godless society"...what happened to "Give a man a fish and he has fish for a day. Teach a man to fish and he has fish for a lifetime"...?
Everyone has unique skills, each person is capable of doing something to earn money in a good way.
Why aren't all our libraries full of people every day? If everyone was at least educating themselves for free, that would be a start.
Even watching how to do things on Youtube is a learning experience. Everyone is capable of learning new things, doing things to uplift themselves, and not depend upon the work of others.
We are all brothers & sisters on this earth, and supposed to take care of each other, but when people are capable, they should do for themselves, and remember that they could be causing a burden to the human brothers & sisters that they don't need to depend upon every day to provide them with things they could provide for themselves.
People need to draw the line between needing help and taking advantage. Those who are working are not supposed to provide an entire lifetime of ease to people who are capable but not reaching for their own potential.
Do any of the receivers ever stop and wonder if they're buying into the decades-old subliminal messaging..."You're too lazy, stupid, unconfident, incapable, to do for yourself?"...and WAKE UP and say they're NOT those things, and start learning, trying, doing, earning, and feel like they truly ARE in charge of their own lives and futures? They're being held back from feeling great, and they don't realize it.
