I don't use IE for surfing, and after My surf I usually run program to delete All temporary Internet applications http://www.langa.com/cleanup_bat.htm And also I run some other programs just to check for spyware and viruses But these days you just can't be protected 100%

I am using this program and have for several years and have not experienced any major problems since.
