Diana,
It almost sounds to me as if you have a browser hijacker on IE.
Do me a favor, go to http://www.bolinfamilyjewelry.com/autosurfs/autosurf_guidelines.htm and read the part especially where I talk about safety features to install before surfing. They are free and really work.
While you are at Data Doctors, download "HiJack This" as well. Then, copy the registry file Hijack This gives you when you run it, go to http://hijackthis.de/index.php, and paste the file there and click "Analyze". This should tell you what needs to be removed from your Internet Explorer Add-ons. If you need help removing them, let me know.
Then install Adaware Personal SE, run it, then try from the Panda site again.
I hope all of this helps you.
And Anthony, I'm sorry for plugging my webpage, but there are excellent resources there for avoiding this very thing, so I hope you forgive me!
Sincerely,
|
