HI Evelyn,

BENEFITS OF HONEY AND CINNAMON

Honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or
rot. It will do what some call turning to sugar.. In reality
honey is always honey.. However, when left in a cool
dark place for a long time it will do what I rather call
"crystallizing". When this happens I loosen the lid, boil
some water, and sit the honey container in the hot water,
off the heat and let it liquefy. It is then as good as it ever
was.

Sorry I forgot to mention how much it helped me. I have lost inches all
over and don't understand how, other then the cinnamon and honey. What my
details were is to heat your water and let the tea steep, then add the honey. It is
good, but it gets kind of funny looking. So you need to stir it often. You don't think of what it looks like you just drink it.

Oh GREAT Myrna, losing inches is good. We don't have to understand how or why. I'm going to start making the tea everyday and see how it works for me. I'll let you know if it works.

Hi Mary Evelyn,
I will be responding to others later, however I will neverforget where I was when I first saw Tiny Tim. It was in the late sixties and I had been dating a young, very beautiful girl in Wichita Falls, Texas. We had dated for about two weeks and on a Friday evening I was returning her to her house after a movie that we had gone to. She asked if I would like to come in and meet her family. It was not that late so I agreed. It was her mother, father, grandfather, older brother and two sisters who had already gone to bed. I was polite, trying to make a good impression. Vickie decided to make a pot of coffee as she knew that I liked coffee. Half way through a cup of coffee grounds, her mother realized that Vickie did not put a filter in the pot. She snuck out into the kitchen and made another pot and when Vickie was pre-occupied (I believe she had gone to the bathroom) her mother made a fresh pot. Before Vickie returned her mother switched cups. When Vickie returned she asked how the coffee was and I said that it was the best that I had ever tasted. So far, so good. I then noticed that the news was on and I said that it was getting late and that I should go. Her father asked if I would like to stay and watch Johnny Carson because Tiny Tim was goung to be on. The name didn't ring a bell so I asked who Tiny Tim was. He smiled and said that I had to stay, because if I did not know who Tiny Tim was that I was in for a treat. I had not noticed, but Vickie's mother had left the room. She woke the two girls up and told grampa to come watch T.V. Johnny did his monologue and I laughed a little bit. I was actually getting a little tired. Johnny introduced Tiny Tim and I immediately sat straight up in the chair and said, "What is That?" As he started to sing I was taking a sip of coffee that went everywhere. As Tiny Tim got further into the song I lost all my composure and was on the floor, holding my stomach and laughing loud enough for the neighbors down the street to hear me. This got the too younger girls going, grampa lost his teeth and everyone was in hysterics. I tried to control myself at least three times. My face was red. Once I regained my composure I apologized, thanked them for their hospitality and asked Vickie to walk me to my car. I thought I had it under control, but as I hugged Vickie and began to give her a good night kiss, she asked me how I liked Tiny Tim. It was her fault, not mine. I waved goodnight to the family was laughing once again and mamma was bringing out a towel to wipe Vickie's face.

GOD BLESS YOU
~Mike~

Hi Mike, LOL that was a very funny story. I can remember too how we all laughed when we watched him on TV but he probably laughed the hardest, all the way to the bank. :)
