My good friend, Phil, the moment I received the email letting me know you were selected for POTW I hurried over to congratulate you.

You are an inspiration indeed. You have had an eventful career and accomplished much.

Your forums are so interesting and down-to-earth I regret not visiting them lately. I have had a few health issues of my own with lots of medical tests and doctors' appointments, but hope to visit your forums again very soon.

I am looking for more recipes and know I have missed a lot of them so want to get caught up.
