11 Examples Of How Evil Is Growing In America Like A Cancerous Tumor

By Michael Snyder, on April 30th, 2015

Monster - Public DomainHave you heard of “arterial tapping”, “flakka” or “cyberextortion”? In America today, just about every conceivable type of evil that you could possibly name is growing, and we are even inventing new kinds of evil that the world has never seen before. It is very easy for us to point to the looting and violence in Baltimoreand call that evil, but there is far more to the social decay of America than just that. The foundations of our society are rotting and decaying in thousands of different ways, and our biggest problem as a nation is what is found inside our own hearts. We have rejected the values and principles that were handed down to us by previous generations of Americans because we believed that we knew better than they did. But now look at us. Our country is falling apart all around us, and we only have ourselves to blame. The following are 11 examples of how evil is growing in America like a cancerous tumor…

#1 It has become trendy for alternative lifestyle parties in America to become as “edgy” as possible. But even some of those involved in these parties are now speaking out about an extremely alarming practice known as “arterial tapping”

A fetish party attendee is blowing the whistle on a bondage-themed event she says would shock even the authors of “Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Photos from inside the edgy, recurring party called Cirque de Plaisir seem to show a fetish practice called “arterial tapping,” whereby a dominant partner taps a submissive partner’s artery, controlling his or her blood flow. It appears that very blood is sometimes sprayed over a canvas as art.

“Some people just do blood play where they just get some kind of rush out of releasing blood from their arteries,” said the fetish party insider, who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear people would judge her alternative sex life.

#2 A school principal in Wisconsin is in hot water for approving a poster that encourages young men to protect the character of the young women they are taking to prom. In the old days, this would only be common sense. But these days, the poster is being condemned as “sexist” and has created a national scandal…

Students at a Wisconsin high school have been left outraged after ‘sexist’ prom posters appeared on the school’s walls the week before the event, suggesting that the night should be seen as an opportunity ‘to protect her character’.

The posters, which were put up on the walls of Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, depict the silhouette of a woman wearing a gown which is made up of words such as ‘charming’, ‘fearless’ and ‘ambitious’, while a banner printed above her head reads: ‘A night to protect her character.’

‘It’s basically just saying your character depends on whether or not you have sex,’ senior Kelsey Schindl told Mashable. ‘And if you have sex, you won’t have any character.’

#3 A synthetic designer drug known as “flakka” is causing massive problems down in Florida. This drug is very cheap, very easy to get, and it causes many of those that take it to behave like zombies

One man, Kenneth Crowder, ran naked through a Florida neighborhood, tried to have sex with a tree and told police he was the mythical god Thor.

Another, Matthew Kenney, ran nude down a busy city street in broad daylight, convinced a pack of German shepherds was pursuing him.

Two others tried separately to break into the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. They said they thought people were chasing them; one wound up impaled on a fence.

The common element to these and other bizarre incidents in Florida in the last few months is flakka, an increasingly popular synthetic designer drug.

#4 How evil do you have to be to break into someone’s computer, steal private images, and then blackmail that person with those images? Well, according to CNN, federal law enforcement officials say that this has become a major problem on the Internet…

Hackers are breaking into webcams and emails and social networks to gain access to intimate images. They then threaten to make the images public, and share them with the victim’s friends and family, if she does not comply.

A federal law enforcement official who asked not to be named said these sites mostly target younger women.

“They know they’re easy to extort,” he told CNNMoney. “[They] catch them in a provocative photo and say they’re going to send this to all your friends if you don’t do x, y, z.”

#5 Speaking of the Internet, there is an epidemic of porn watching among employees of the federal government. But even though they get caught, thanks to endless red tape it is extremely difficult to ever fire them. For example, CBS News discovered that a top level employee at the EPA is still on the payroll even though he would watch porn at work between two and six hours a day…

In the private sector, if you’re caught viewing porn on company time or intimidating a co-worker, you’d probably be fired immediately; not so if you’re a federal employee.

A CBS News investigation looks at how hard it is for the U.S. government to discipline or fire employees who behave badly. With examples ranging from extravagant to explicit, civil service rules meant to protect public workers from political pressure may be backfiring, and costing you big, reports CBS News correspondent Don Dahler.

At the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), red tape is preventing the removal of a top level employee accused of viewing porn two to six hours a day while at work, since 2010.Even though investigators found 7,000 pornographic files on his computer and even caught him watching porn, he remains on the payroll.

#6 Americans just continue to become more obese. According to USA Today, obesity in America has more than doubled over the past 25 years…

The obesity rate increased from 27.6% to 29.4% of adults, Nearly a quarter of people report doing no physical activity or exercise in the last 30 days, which may be partly to blame. That number increased from 22.9% in the 2013 report to 23.5% in this year’s report.

Obesity, a leading contributor to death in the USA, has more than doubled over the last 25 years, the report shows. Obesity is also closely tied to chronic, costly diseases including diabetes and high blood pressure, which are bedeviling the health care system.

#7 Would you steal cookies from the Girl Scouts? Perhaps not, but a lot of Americans are actually doing this. The following are a few examples of this very disturbing trend

Across the country, several incidences of cookie theft have been reported. In St. Louis, Missouri, $1,200 worth of Girl Scout cookies were stolen from a 6-year-old girl and her Army veteran father. The cookies were stolen from the family’s SUV when it was parked in a downtown garage during a weekend trip to the city. In Bloomington, Indiana,$400 worth of Thin Mints and Samoas were stolen from the SUV of a kindergartner and her troop leader mom. The young girl’s mom had been driving all over town delivering cookies over the last week, so she’s not exactly sure when or where the theft took place — she just knows the cookies are missing.

And the reports keep rolling in.

A 10-year-old scout in San Jose, California, had a cash box ripped out of her hands as she and her troop sold cookies in front of the local grocery store. And in the city of Spartanburg, South Carolina, 5,000 boxes of girl scout cookies — worth about $19,000 — were stolen from the warehouse.

#8 The next time you “pay at the pump”, you might want to be very careful. Criminals are putting credit card skimmers on gas station pumps all over the nation in order to steal credit and debit card information

Florida consumers filling up at the gas pump may have had their credit card information stolen.

Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam said Thursday that a sweep of more than 6,000 gas stations led to the discovery of “skimmers” in 81 locations. The devices enable someone to illegally obtain credit card and debit card information.

The devices were found on gas station pumps stretching from Miami-Dade County all the way to Florida’s Panhandle.

#9 Decades ago, a restaurant named after the male sex organ would have been absolutely unthinkable in most parts of this country. But now a new restaurant named “Tallywackers” is going to open up in Dallas, Texas

If you’re more into six-pack abs than Bunday Monday, a restaurant named Tallywackers promises to open next month in Dallas, perhaps in time for Mother’s Day.

Inspired by Hooters, the “breastaurant” chain that opened its first location in 1983 in Clearwater, Fla., this eatery will feature guy eye candy with its appetizers, hot dogs, pasta dishes and what its owner called “comfort foods.”

#10 So much of our social decay is rooted in the decline of the American family. Sadly, the truth is that our families have been steadily deteriorating for decades. The following comes from a recent article by Dennis Prager

Nearly half (48 percent) of American children are born to a mother who is not married. Forty-three percent of American children live without a father in the home. About 50 percent of Americans over 18 are married, compared to 72 percent in 1960. Americans are having so few children that the fertility rate fell to a record low 62.9 births per 1,000 women in 2013. And in an increasing number of states, there are now more deaths than births.

#11 If an attractive woman approached you on the street and asked you to have sex with her, what would you do? Well, an experiment of this nature was recently conducted for a YouTube video. Incredibly, 30 out of 100 men that were approached were ready to have sex with the woman within moments of meeting her

The 19-minute-long edited video, which was filmed over seven days, shows the woman approaching a stream of men as they go about their daily business.

Dressed casually either in jeans or a pair of short denim shorts with a skimpy top, she outstretches a hand and introduces herself to the men.

After one or two comments are exchanged, she asks them: ‘Would you like to have sex with me?’

The universal reaction from the men is largely bewilderment with many looking around to see if the question is a joke.

Of the 100 men asked, 30 agreed to her brazen request and the pair promptly walk off in the direction of her house.

What does this say about the moral state of the men in this nation? You can watch the full video right here. Apparently those 30 men did not have the slightest concern about what the long-term consequences of their decisions might be. They just saw an attractive woman and immediately wanted to have sex.

We like to think of ourselves as an “example” to the rest of the world, but it is certainly not a good one.

In fact, much of the world looks at us and our behavior with utter horror. They regard us as immoral, classless “pig people”, and they are right. Our society has become an absolute cesspool of filth and corruption, and we desperately need to change our ways.

Jonathan Cahn, the author of The Mystery of the Shemitah, believes that America is making many of the very same mistakes that ancient Israel did

“They drove God out of the government. They worshiped idols and served other gods. They celebrated immorality and they persecuted righteousness. The blessings of God were removed and replaced with judgments,” he said.

Now, he said, “America has made the same mistakes.”

Like Cahn, I believe that judgment is coming to America if we do not dramatically change our ways, and right now there are absolutely no signs that we intend to do that.

So what do you think?

Do you believe that judgment is coming to America?

Please feel to share your thoughts by posting a comment below…

Iran’s claim that Israel has 400 nuclear weapons

May 1 at 3:00 AM

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif (REUTERS/Lucas Jackson)

“It’s laughable that [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu has become everybody’s nonproliferation guru. He is sitting on 400 nuclear warheads, nuclear warheads that have been acquired in violation of the NPT [Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty].”

–Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, speaking in New York, April 29, 2015

In the debate over Iran’s nuclear ambitions, the unacknowledged nuclear stockpile of Israel often comes up.

In the 1950s and 1960s, Israel secretly acquired the technology and material to build nuclear weapons, frequently misleading the U.S. government about its intentions. (France was Israel’s partner in the building of the Dimona reactor in the Negev desert, while South Africa is believed by some to have assisted Israel in conducting at least one nuclear test in the 1970s.)

Zarif quickly noted that Israel (unlike Iran) is not a member of the NPT, but added: “Those who provided them with the technology were members of the NPT and violated the NPT to provide them with the technology, and we know who they were. And now they are the proponents of nonproliferation.” (Actually, France’s cooperation with Israel ended in 1966, before the NPT went into effect in 1970.)

Zarif’s estimate of Israel’s stockpile seemed rather large. Does Israel really have 400 nuclear weapons?

The Facts

For a secret and unacknowledged program, the history of Israel’s quest for nuclear weapons is relatively well-documented. Our colleague Walter Pincus recently recounted how Israel misled the Kennedy and Johnson administrations about the facility in the Negev, describing it at one point as “a textile plant” and later as “a metallurgical research installation.”

Requested inspections by U.S. experts were cursory and often postponed — Israel refused to accept visits from the International Atomic Energy Agency – and later it was learned that the Israelis had built fake walls around the elevators that led to an underground reprocessing plant, according to a 2014 account in The Guardian newspaper.

By 1968, the CIA was convinced Israel had nuclear weapons – just as negotiations on the NPT were completed and the treaty designed to thwart the spread of nuclear weapons was opened for signature by members of the United Nations. U.S. officials concluded it was too late to turn back the clock and make Israel abandon its nuclear capability.

In a private one-on-one White House meeting on Sept. 26, 1969, then President Richard Nixon and Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir cut a secret deal: Israel would not test its weapons or acknowledge them, and in return the United States would end its Dimona visits and stop pressuring Israel to sign the NPT. (The actual details of the discussion are still shrouded in mystery, as no formal record of the conversation has emerged. But a memo from then national security adviser Henry Kissinger indicates Nixon pressed Meir not to visibly introduce nuclear weapons in the region.)

In 1979, a U.S. satellite (known as Vela 6911) designed to monitor compliance with the 1963 Partial Test Ban Treaty detected a possible nuclear test off the coast of South Africa. Then-President Jimmy Carter and other U.S. officials quickly suspected this was an Israeli test, which if true would have been in violation of the Nixon-Meir agreement.

Yet Leonard Weiss, a congressional aide at the time, wrote in 2011 that both the Carter and Reagan administrations ignored or played down intelligence information pointing to Israel. “The weight of the evidence that the Vela event was an Israeli nuclear test assisted by South Africa appears overwhelming,” Weiss said, citing the views of top intelligence and scientific officials as well as Carter’s published diary notes. But there has never been official acknowledgement, and other experts remain skeptical of the evidence and that such cover-up took place.

Okay, that’s the background. Given that some 50 years have passed, how many nuclear weapons does Israel have?

Since Israel has never officially admitted having weapons, the answer relies on a bit of guesswork, principally how much plutonium might have been produced in Dimona. A key factor is the power level of the reactor, which (according to satellite imagery) does not appear to have increased much over time.

A leaked 1999 intelligence assessment by the Defense Intelligence Agency, published in Rowan Scarborough’s 2004 book “Rumsfeld’s War,” estimated that Israel had 60 to 80 weapons at the time, and would have 65 to 85 by 2020. (The report also said Iran would have 10 to 20 nukes by 2020.)

In 2014, the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists echoed that estimate. “We conclude that many of the public claims about the size of the Israeli nuclear arsenal are exaggerated,” a comprehensive report declared. “We estimate that Israel has a stockpile of approximately 80 nuclear warheads for delivery by two dozen missiles, a couple of squadrons of aircraft, and perhaps a small number of sea-launched cruise missiles.”

Other analysts believe that the number is closer to 100, and possibly a bit higher. In 2007, the Federation of American Scientists said the estimates range from 70 to 400 warheads, but it played down the high-end estimate. “Based on plausible upper and lower bounds of the operating practices at the reactor, Israel could have thus produced enough plutonium for at least 100 nuclear weapons, but probably not significantly more than 200 weapons,” the report said.

More recently, David Albright, president of the Institute for Science and International Security, completed a report for the Nuclear Threat Initiative that re-examined the information on Israel’s weapons plutonium production. The estimate has not yet been published but he graciously shared it with The Fact Checker:

“Based on the total production of plutonium, the median for the number of nuclear weapons is about 165 with a standard deviation of 33 and a full range of about 90-290 weapons. About 80 percent of the results are within 50 of the median.”

The Pinocchio Test

Of course it is Zarif’s interest to exaggerate the size of Israel’s stockpile. But his number, while theoretically possible, appears much too high given what is known about the production levels at Israel’s nuclear facility. In fact, his figure is more than double the median for the most recent estimate, and five times higher than another credible estimate.

Zarif could make his political point without inflating the numbers. He earns Two Pinocchios.

'No mercy' if French troops guilty of child sex abuse: Hollande

AFP

Wochit
France's Hollande Vows no Mercy to Soldiers If African Child Abuse Proven

Paris (AFP) - President Francois Hollande has vowed to "show no mercy" if French peacekeepers in the Central African Republic are found guilty of having sexually assaulted hungry children in exchange for food.

According to a French judicial source, 14 soldiers dispatched to the chaos-ridden nation to restore order after a 2013 coup are implicated in a probe into the alleged sexual abuse of several children there -- the youngest just nine -- who had begged for something to eat.

"If some soldiers have behaved badly, I will show no mercy," Hollande told reporters Thursday, a day after The Guardian newspaper broke the story.

Soldiers from Chad and Equatorial Guinea are also accused in the leaked UN report that implicates French troops, said Paula Donovan of the AIDS-Free World advocacy group.

"One of the children interviewed said that he had seen his friend, aged 9 or 10, with 2 soldiers from Equatorial Guinea," Donovan told AFP by e-mail.

"The friend performed fellatio and was sodomised by one soldier while the other kept watch, and then the soldiers exchanged roles."

Another child "reported witnessing his friend being sodomised by two Chadian soldiers while a third Chadian soldier watched," she added.

- 'Not hiding the facts' -

The French defence ministry denied attempting to cover up the potentially devastating scandal following revelations it was made aware of the allegations in July last year, when it received the leaked UN report on the subject.

The abuse reportedly took place at a centre for displaced people near the airport of the Central African capital Bangui between December 2013 -- when the French operation began -- and June 2014.

"The children were saying that they were hungry and they thought that they could get some food from the soldiers. The answer was 'if you do this, then I will give you food'," said Donovan, co-director of AIDS-Free World.

The French judicial source said that of the six children testifying against the soldiers, four say they were direct victims of sexual abuse while two others witnessed it.

The ministry said it immediately launched a probe into the case when it received the news, sending investigators to the former French colony last August, but the damning allegations only emerged this week in British newspaper The Guardian.

"There is no desire to hide anything," Pierre Bayle, a defence ministry spokesman, told reporters on Thursday.

"We are trying to verify the facts," he added, while urging "great caution" over accusations that have yet to be proven.

According to The Guardian, the UN employee accused of the leak, Swedish national Anders Kompass, turned the report over to French authorities because his bosses had failed to take action, and has since been suspended.

UN spokesman Farhan Haq confirmed that UN rights investigators had conducted a probe last year following "serious allegations" of child abuse and sexual exploitation by French troops, and that an unnamed staff member had been suspended for leaking the report.

AIDS-Free World is pushing for a commission of inquiry to shed light on sexual misconduct by peacekeepers and has accused the UN of covering up crimes committed by troops sent in to protect civilians.

Amnesty International said the allegations "reinforce the need to put an end to impunity for crimes under international law committed during the conflict, no matter who those suspected of criminal responsibility may be".

The attorney general of the Central African Republic said the allegations were "extremely serious" and slammed the UN for failing to tell his government of the claims.

"NGOs and UN bodies took to the field without informing us, we don't understand why," Ghislain Gresenguet said, adding that he had opened an investigation.

A member of the Central African Republic's government who wished to remain anonymous said that if true, the allegations were "horrible and unacceptable".

"French soldiers cannot behave like this in a country where they came to help civilians."

If verified, this would not be the first sexual abuse scandal to hit peacekeeping forces -- examples abound, including in Haiti, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast and Somalia.

- Fears for CAR peace efforts -

The allegations, if proven, will not only affect the French army but also the Central African Republic itself, which is trying to find a way out of a conflict that has killed thousands and displaced nearly 900,000 people.

The violence has largely pitted the Christian majority against mainly Muslim Seleka rebels who led the March 2013 coup against former leader Francois Bozize.

"Overall, I know that the French military presence has been helpful," said David Smith, an expert on the Central African Republic.

"If they hadn't been there, the airport couldn't have stayed open and that would have meant no emergency aid could have come in, no medical supplies, food...

"The hopes for success with the peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic are weak at the best of times. Moving the French out of there would make it even weaker," he added.

THE SHOCKING REAL REASON OBAMA IS PUSHING SO HARD FOR LEGALIZED SAME-SEX MARRIAGE

| May 1, 2015

WELL, WE KNEW IT, BUT WE NEVER THOUGHT THAT OBAMA’S SIDE WOULD BLATANTLY ADMIT IT. SAME SEX MARRIAGE IS NOT SO MUCH ABOUT EQUALITY FOR HOMOSEXUALS— IT IS ABOUT SILENCING DISSENTERS. IT’S ALL CALCULATED.

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20 (KJV)

This is what the courts will use to ultimately shut us down and incarcerate us. They are using the Christian bakeries and other businesses to show that we are not being “tolerant” as they would have us be. But they knew what our reaction would be. They counted on it.

“The biggest news from Tuesday’s Supreme Court arguments isn’t news at all to conservatives: Same-sex “marriage” is a threat to religious freedom. For once, that revelation didn’t come from one of the lawyers on our side but from the Obama administration’s own attorney. In a rare moment of candor, Solicitor General Donald Verrilli sent a clear signal on where this debate is headed, and it isn’t to the marriage altar.

As the President’s chief attorney made stunningly clear, redefining marriage is not — and has never been — the end goal of homosexuals. Silencing dissent is. And you can’t silence dissent without punishing speech and belief — which is apparently what the government has in mind if the Court rules in the Left’s favor.

Looking ahead to a possible constitutional right to same-sex “marriage,” Justice Samuel Alito asked a key question: “In the Bob Jones case, the Court held that a college was not entitled to tax-exempt status if it opposed interracial marriage or interracial dating. So would the same apply to a university or a college if it opposed same-sex marriage?” With chilling honesty, Verrilli admitted, “It’s certainly going to be an issue. I don’t deny that. I don’t deny that, Justice Alito. It is — it is going to be an issue.”

Translation: If churches, religious groups, schools, or nonprofits won’t surrender their beliefs on marriage, the government will make it hurt. A lot. Imagine what’s happening to Aaron and Melissa Klein (slapped with a $135,000 fine for their marriage views) occurring on a national scale through hijacked tax exemptions, Pell grants, loans, and other government contracts. If the Supreme Court finds invisible ink granting a “right” to same-sex “marriage” in the Constitution, it will be a declaration of war on principled objectors. Any nonprofit that holds to a natural definition of marriage — the same definition our own President held three years ago — would have a target on its back. (Or a bigger target, I should say.)

Is it really a stretch, given the IRS’s history of harassment and discrimination against conservatives, to think that it wouldn’t show a “smidgeon” of prejudice? This ruling would give the political operatives at one of the country’s most powerful agencies even more ammunition to punish opposition. Resistance — even principled, seemingly protected resistance — wouldn’t be tolerated. The IRS, which has been weaponized under this administration, will stop at nothing, including stripping tax exemptions, to force acceptance.

Recognizing the damage his admission could do, Verrilli tried to soften the blow bysuggesting that “different states could strike different balances.” But if liberals won’t accept the long-held right of the states to regulate marriage, what makes anyone think they would accept it here? Besides, Justice Antonin Scalia fired back, “If you let the states do it, you can make an exception… You can’t do that once it is a constitutional proscription.” Carried to its logical conclusion, the government would be in a position of punishing any non-sanctioned views. This is about controlling beliefs and actions the government doesn’t agree with — which is not only a direct attack on our First Amendment freedoms, but an attack on what it means to be an American. This is what the Left has been searching for: a selective, surgical removal of the conservative voice.

And the disadvantaged, poor, needy populations the Left claims to care about would be the unintended victims. Under this brave new world of “progressive totalitarianism,” as Ed Whelan calls it, churches, Christian media, schools, or groups like FRC wouldn’t be the only ones suffering. People around the world served by Catholic Charities, the Salvation Army, Samaritan’s Purse, World Vision, and countless others who depend on the generosity and efficiency of their programs would feel that pain. So much for love being love.

As horrifying as Verrilli’s revelation was, the Solicitor General might have done us a huge favor. No one has made a better case for Congress’s Marriage and Religious Freedom Act than the Obama administration just did. Under the bill that conservatives plan to reintroduce, it would be illegal for the government to discriminate against individuals, organizations, and small businesses who believe in natural marriage. The same institutions that Verrilli vows to hunt down — child welfare organizations, private schools, religious universities, relief providers, abstinence groups, military religious contractors, adoption agencies, and political nonprofits — would be spared the government’s crackdown.

If you like your religious liberty, you could keep it. A concept that Tuesday’s proceedings proved is more and more foreign.” [1] – source

It’s coming brethren. They’re prepared to brand us as speakers of hate and intolerance.
Our founding fathers would weep.

MARANATHA!

Freddie Gray's death ruled a homicide; 6 Baltimore officers charged

Yahoo News

Baltimore's State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced Friday morning that Freddie Gray's death has been ruled a homicide, and that six officers will face criminal charges.

"To the people of Baltimore and the demonstrators across America, I heard your call for 'no justice, no peace.' Your peace is sincerely needed as I work to deliver justice on behalf of this young man," she said.

Six Baltimore police officers have been criminally charged: Officer Caesar Goodson, Officer William Porter, Lt. Brian Rice, Officer Edward Nero, Officer Garrett Miller and Sgt. Alicia White.

The charges, which vary for each person, include second-degree murder, manslaughter, misconduct in office and false imprisonment.

Goodson faces second-degree depraved heart murder, which indicates a "callous disregard for the value of human life."

"I hope that as we move forward with this case, everyone will respect due process and refrain from doing anything that will jeopardize our ability to seek justice," Mosby said.

The state's attorney emphasized that the allegations against the officers involved in Gray's arrest are not an indictment against the entire police department.

She shared that both of her parents, several of her aunts and uncles and her late grandfather were all cops.

"The actions of these officers will not and should not in any way damage the important working relationships between police and prosecutors," she said, "as we continue to fight together to reduce crime in Baltimore."

Mosby said Gray was illegally arrested and that the police involved did not establish probable cause.

Though what she revealed is now a matter of public record, much of the evidence will be withheld to ensure a "fair and impartial process for all parties involved."

As the public waits for more information, details from the investigation have slowly begun trickling out.

According to multiple reports, the medical examiner found that Gray's head struck a bolt that jutted out in the back of the police van.

A law enforcement official told the Washington Postthat this was not the 25-year-old man's only injury, and that his wounds were consistent with those generally seen in car crashes.

Multiple police sources told WJLA that the head wound corresponds with a bolt in the back of the vehicle, and that the impact broke Gray's neck.

It was not immediately clear what caused the blow while he was in custody, according to the sources.

The investigation did not uncover evidence connecting the videotaped portion of his arrest — which helped to spur protest and riots in the streets of Baltimore — with the young man's death, according to the local ABC affiliate.

Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said at a news conference Thursday that the results were turned over to Mosby one day before a deadline he established.

"I set a date to get this done," he said. "I was communicating clearly; I wanted a sense of urgency on this case to get the results out there. We dedicated 30 detectives, their full-time job was focused on this case and only this case."

Many protesters are anxious to hear what the detectives uncovered — especially amid claims by his family's lawyer, Billy Murphy, that his spine had been "80 percent severed."

On April 12, the officers picked up a prisoner during the roughly 40-minute drive to the police station; Gray was unresponsive upon arrival.

The Washington Post reported that the prisoner, who could not see Gray because they were separated by a metal partition, thought that the young man "was intentionally trying to injure himself" by "banging against the walls."

The D.C. paper found this account in an application for a search warrant that had been sealed by the court. Authorities were reportedly seeking the uniform one of the arresting officers wore the day of Gray's arrest.

But Donta Allen, who identified himself as the man in the van with Gray, told WJZ-TV that the report is inaccurate and that he just heard "a little banging."

"And they trying to make it seem like I told them that, I made it like Freddie Gray did that to hisself [sic]," Allen said to the station. "Why the f--- would he do that to hisself [sic]?"

Police revealed that the van made a stop on the way to the station that was not appropriately logged. Gray died in a hospital one week later.

A report from the Carroll County, Md., Sheriff's Office, obtained by The Associated Press, indicates that one of the officers suspended following Gray's death has had his mental stability called into question.

Lt. Brian Rice, the officer who initially pursued Gray, had been hospitalized in April 2012 over mental health concerns; at the time, he reportedly said he "could not continue to go on like this" and threatened to commit an act that was censored from the public version of the report.

Batts emphasized that the task force heeded his call and has exhausted every lead at this point in time, but that does not mean their investigation is over.

"The family and the community and the public deserve transparency and truth," he said.
