	Hi POTW Team, Can I make a suggestion on how to make the nominees photos the same size? Try putting height & width after the photo image link for all 4 photos, and maybe that will work. <img src="http://personsphoto.jpg" width="125" height="125"> * Tables around 600 pixels wide look good in Adlandpro forums or slightly wider, but not much. 	I think we should also have a forum started with people and their current picture so we can see how they look today as winners who have won in the POTW forum just a thought it would be kinda refreshing
