Why doesn't admin just set up a special email address where we can send in an anonymous vote with our account ID included in the message, so that would not need a person/team to run it, just admin to count the votes received checked against account ID's also verified with IP addresses on those accounts checked, so there aren't fake accounts sending in votes.

Well first off I think that people who are nominated should be presently active here at Adlandpro or at least have a very recent log in time on the site. I have noticed many times People are Nominated who have not even logged in , in a very long time.I am sure it is very difficult to do your job in picking the Nominees but I think maybe you should go through all the Forums and the ones who are active those people should be in your Nominee list instead.
