Here’s a circular from Mike Quinsey, channel for SaLuSa of Sirius, on a project taking shape in Santa Fe, NM.

Hi Friends,

Quite recently a project was started in Santa Fe, NM with a view to setting up a Galactic Command Center, and with your interest in the City of Light, Sedona, I felt it may interest you as it is the outcome of the advent of the New Age. The group have been told that such Centers will be located all over our planet, and are holding meetings and have a Newsletter plus other mailing.

Overview of Mission

The project started with a small core group of four people (Nancy, Bob, Verona, Lucy) who came together on January 9th 2013, each having an inner knowing, or a vision that this area in which we live would be the location of what we are calling the Santa Fe, NM “Galactic Command Center Project”. Then Rev Rich and Patti came aboard the core group.

Next at our meeting on March 18, 2013 we had twelve people attend. Those who attended would agree that what the group is doing through our collective intent is anchoring an energy for the eventual physical manifestation of this proposed center. We all know that everything that we manifest in physical reality begins with a thought and then as humans focus their energy on that thought, eventually that thought is brought into our physical reality.

In addition we humans are the ground crew for whatever projects that we want to manifest here in our 5D reality with the help of our space brothers and sisters as well as our brothers and sisters who reside in the inner and hollow earth.

The core group is meeting structurally as a 5D council where everyone is a leader; there is no hierarchy. Everyone is an equal contributor to this mission’s manifestation. We are in contact with the Galactics through channeled messages received during our meetings, and our own intuition. We are told that these galactic centers will be located all over planet earth. As many messages have told us mother earth, and those of us who will choose to, will be moving into the full 5D vibration with her. This planet will become a showcase for many star systems to send their representative here to see what we have done and learned in our 3D duality experience, and to share what they are doing and experiencing. “There is much for you to do in the helping of others and as you begin as the talk has been about well we would call it a space port, you call it a convention center, what ever you want to call it, this area that is under development right now.

“There is not much that we can tell you about this edifice, let us call it, that is being created. It is one where others from other parts of the universe can come there will be a storage of records. You could call it a library that will be incorporated within the buildings where they will be able to research and through holographic means actually involve themselves in actual things that have taken place on earth.

“There is going to be much that is incorporated in this project. It is underway now but is just, actually, the beginning. As it is upon your planet things do change. The energies are changing rapidly and as energies change we too change our ideas of what is going to be incorporated into this grand plan. The buildings themselves will not be of an earthly structure but will be made of the finest light energy. They will vibrate at a very high rate and when you first enter into them it will be as if you are entering into song filled area. The vibrations will be coming from the light energy of the light factors themselves.

“There will be room there for healing. People from the local will be able to take part in the healing aspects and this will be of great help so this not simply an edifice or group of buildings for our use [galactic federation use]. It is for the use of humanity as well and there will be many who will come to these buildings to be trained so they may leave the earth at an appropriate time and go out into the universe to be of help to those third dimensional planets that are in the process of attaining their ascension.

“Not quite ready and that is the reason that many from the Earth will go out into these areas to be as teachers, to be as servers for those who are making an attempt to take part in the ascension process.

“I will tell you this much and it is that as we continue with our speculations, ideas, we will begin to uncover some deeply embedded, or previously deeply embedded, inspiration that we have been on a very, lets say, deep level, creating with our aspects of energetic thought and desire. We have observed many expressions of creation throughout the universe and beyond and we have incorporated it all in a way of our beingness that can be an example of how we can express our creative abilities in ways that harmonize with all of existence. …

“As this all takes place, things regurgitate, then we will find that this command center and other placements around the world will be of service to each other, not just for the command center for the [Galactic] Federation [of Light], but for any other aspect of life on earth will all becoming into beingness through the creativity of the people who will be living in freedom to express what it is that they desire and what will most be in harmony with what they want in their lives . …

“So coming back to this particular moment , knowing it is all those other moments at the same time, for to speak it is to live it. In some energetic level we are setting the roots right here and right now for this command center from which so many people will walk forth in their power free of all the encumbrances that they have been living and it will be an experience so incredible as to have no limits.”

In closing, how do we choose who will be in the core group or who by giving their energies and intent from afar will participate? If this project resonates with you then you choose yourself and you choose what part you wish to engage in, in its manifestation.

There is no ego here such that the team that is forming feel that they know who is fit to become a member or who is a clear channel of whom. Each person who comes in contact with this information will discern for themselves through their heart resonance what is their truth.

We feel that others anywhere around the world might be inspired to find that they too are part of a Galactic Center or a Crystal City to be lowered into our physical world, such as the one forming over Sedona, AZ or some other 5D project and find like minded people who will come together with their intent to bring their ideas into physical manifestation for the benefit of ALL humanity and beyond.

The big question then is when is all of this going to take place? Does it not seem logical that for these 5D projects to come into our physical world that we are creating, we must wait until the wheat is separated from the chaff and humanity has moved fully into the higher levels of the 5th dimension?

Then and only then will humanity be free from fear and ready to welcome our brothers and sisters to come and work side by side with us to manifest projects that will benefit ALL of humanity and beyond.

The old order is crumbling. It no longer has the world in the iron grip by which it has attempted to control you all for so long. Ironically, your mass communications are at the forefront of its undoing: it assumed that because it controlled the media, the politicians, the large corporations, and the major corporate-religious bodies, it still controlled all the primary information centers and access to them. It has now become quite apparent that this is not the case, as more and more information of a sensitive nature is becoming public knowledge, disclosing the vast and unacceptable scale of corruption in high places. The sheer speed of information exchange has stunned those who would keep secret the intrigues and corrupt agreements to which they are party, and which have personally benefited them enormously. You can clearly see the collapsing house of cards that the global financial system has become, due to the unconscionable hubris and criminality of those who direct its activities, ably assisted by greedy underlings who proved to be totally bereft of any moral, ethical, let alone spiritual sense of responsibility. Systems that are corrupt will always implode, and the scale of damage that occurs when this happens can have very far-reaching effects. A new system of finance is essential in order for global stability to be renewed and maintained, and a new one has been designed, put into place, and is ready to be unveiled. Those who have benefited by building fortunes through greed and corruption from the old system — which is now in the last stages of its final collapse due to their nefarious activities — will naturally be barred from holding any positions of responsibility or authority in the new one. They may well find that their ill-gotten gains will drain rapidly away as a result of being excluded from the new system, which will be totally transparent in all its dealings and activities. There will be a certain amount of confusion as the new replaces the old, but do not be alarmed as chaos will not ensue. It will be as though an old and crumbling highway was closed off as a new one was opened to replace it. Some will not have learnt that the old one is closed and will find themselves temporarily in a cul-de-sac where they have to turn around and retrace their steps to reach the new one. But apart from a few minor teething problems while the change from the old to the new occurs, the transition should be relatively smooth. The divine energies that envelop you are easing the fear and anxiety which the sight of the old systems collapsing has caused. Keep your hearts open, receive the Love that is constantly offered to you, and share it widely and inclusively, yes, even with those who have caused much of the damage if you find yourselves interacting with them. Blame, shame, and recrimination are not part of an awakened humanity, although those who have caused the severest damage will undoubtedly suffer much regret when they come to fully understand the extent of the suffering for which the bear some responsibility. Love is the energy field in which all of creation has its existence. It is powerful, mighty, wise and compassionate, and It willingly and enthusiastically hugs all who seek comfort in Its warm embrace. None are excluded, although many may at first feel unworthy and hang back. You know this because you have been told it more than often enough, and deep within yourselves your intuition tells you it is true, even though as embodied humans you do not for the most part experience it. A few have had brief and ecstatic encounters with that Oneness, but while you remain embodied they can only be temporary, although the memories remain, because you cannot bring those encounters into the illusion, into time, where you appear to have your existence – they are timeless, limitless, eternal, and so it is impossible. They just won’t fit! But knowing, believing, and having faith that all are One, focus on treating all others as if they were yourself, and then, most importantly, treat yourself well. If you do not treat yourselves well – lovingly, kindly, compassionately, non-judgmentally – you cannot treat others well. That does not, of course, mean that you should expect them to be like you, with similar beliefs and interests, because there are infinite numbers of ways to know God, and to assume, as many do, that your way is the right way, the only way, leads, as you very well know, to unending conflict. Focus on the fact that all are One, One with the Source of all being, totally discarding and disregarding “evidence” to the contrary, which you perceive through the very limited senses with which your human body is endowed. Keep reminding yourselves of the Oneness of all of God’s divine creation, especially when issues or situations occur threatening conflict, which push your emotional buttons and bring your crusading ego racing to your rescue! When your emotional buttons get “thumped” it is a very intense cry for love, so do not respond with defense or attack, because that only further charges or inflames the moment, intensifying the possibility of an emotional explosion or melt-down. Respond peacefully and calmly, with love, compassion, and acceptance of the other(s), as that brings in those energies, diluting and then discharging the emotional disharmony that has arisen. You have constant assistance from your guides and angels to enable you to deal with these kinds of situations with loving compassion and wisdom. You incarnated at this time in humanity’s evolution to do this. And you knew that it would be difficult because you were fully cognizant of the fact that you were entering an imaginary environment in which you would have extremely limited access to awareness of Reality, of who you truly were, and of the divine field of Love in which you are always enfolded, because of the limitations that your bodies impose upon you. You know you are on a path to awakening, a path on which you have divine guidance in every moment, and that all of humanity is also on a path to awakening, although vast numbers of them remain unaware, asleep, lost in the confusion in which the illusion envelops them. And you know what that feels like because you are there experiencing it with them, while having the advantage of knowing it is a temporary state, a state that you are to leave behind forever as you awaken. Interestingly, he has been nominated this year by a group of Icelandic, Swedish and Tunisian politicians, led by Icelander Birgitta Jónsdóttir. Read his full statement Our letter to the Nobel Peace Prize Committee Reykjavík, Iceland 1st of February 2013: Dear Norwegian Nobel Committee, We have the great honour of nominating Private First Class Bradley Manning for the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize. Manning is a soldier in the United States army who stands accused of releasing hundreds of thousands of documents to the whistleblower website WikiLeaks. The leaked documents pointed to a long history of corruption, war crimes, and a lack of respect for the sovereignty of other democratic nations by the United States government in international dealings. These revelations have fueled democratic uprisings around the world, including a democratic revolution in Tunisia. According to journalists, his alleged actions helped motivate the democratic Arab Spring movements, shed light on secret corporate influence on the foreign and domestic policies of European nations, and most recently contributed to the Obama Administration agreeing to withdraw all U.S.troops from the occupation in Iraq. Bradley Manning has been incarcerated for more then 1000 days by the U.S. Government. He spent over ten months of that time period in solitary confinement, conditions which expert worldwide have criticized as torturous. Juan Mendez, the United Nations’ Special Rapporteur on Torture and Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Treatment or Punishment, has repeatedly requested and been denied a private meeting with Manning to assess his conditions. The documents made public by WikiLeaks should never have been kept from public scrutiny. The revelations – including video documentation of an incident in which American soldiers gunned down Reuters journalists in Iraq – have helped to fuel a worldwide discussion about the overseas engagements of the United States, civilian casualties of war and rules of engagement. Citizens worldwide owe a great debt to the WikiLeaks whistleblower for shedding light on these issues, and so we urge the Committee to award this prestigious prize to accused whistleblower Bradley Manning. We can already be reasonably certain that Bradley Manning will not have a fair trial as the head of State, the USA President Mr. Barack Obama, stated over a year ago on record that Manning is guilty. 	From Wes Annac's personal blog: The Galactic Federation Manuscript with SanJAsKa – Part 1 [27Mar2013] Written by Wes Annac I would now like to present, analyze and discuss material concerning the Galactic Federation, sometimes referred to as the Galactic Federation of Light (some hold the belief that the two are different Organizations). Who is the Galactic Federation? The Galactic Federation is essentially an Organization comprised of a myriad of races of extraterrestrial and higher dimensional beings who have come together and united in the common goal of serving others, as we will learn below. These beings have found and evolved to the higher states of consciousness we are currently growing toward as a planet, and the Councils from the Pleiades who will be informing us about their Federation and a plethora of other things in this series are comprised mostly of fifth dimensional evolved humans or spirits. The information we will discuss has been channeled from a Pleiadian Representative of the Galactic Federation and specifically, of the Pleiadian Councils of this Federation, who goes by the label of SanJAsKa. This soul is also a fifth dimensional aspect of my higher self, and could be called a “future self” as some may refer to it. I have connected with SanJAsKa fruitfully in the past and to this day, this soul has given a plethora of communications and has given much information about the Pleiadians, their Councils and their overall Federation. Quite frankly, I requested as much information from SanJAsKa about the Galactic Federation as I could possibly receive, and the resulting discussion covered many facets of their Organization. Here, we are going to discuss this information as it is given from dearest SanJAsKa. During this discussion, I hope to be able to provide my perspective on as many things said by SanJAsKa as possible, in an effort to produce a lucrative body of information for you the readers to hopefully benefit from. Introducing the Galactic Federation SanJAsKa begins the communication by giving a general introduction to the Galactic Federation, and explaining why it has been established and how the ascension of the Universe fits into the assistance the extra-dimensional souls comprising this Federation are giving. “The Galactic Federation has been formed as a part of the overall effort to help every lower dimensional planet, collective and individual to see the Light and evolve back into the higher states of consciousness of our Mother/Father Creator. We work based on the ideal of service-to-others and to that extent, we have so very many different races and Councils working “around the clock” as you would term it, to help see-out the ascension of this Universe which has included the ascension of so many lower dimensional planets whose civilizations are ready to see the Light. The ascension of the Earth is to be a very big, welcomed and added boost to the overall ascension of this entire Universe and we of the Galactic Federation stand ready and willing to offer our assistance to every soul who can begin to open up to our energies and impressions.” The “ascension of the Earth” SanJAsKa is referring to could be better understood as a collective evolution that humanity is undergoing along with our planet. This evolution is physical and spiritual in nature and with it, we will find deeper and heightened states of consciousness and resulting abilities that we have been taught to believe are only possible in science-fiction works. The ascended souls who are a part of the Galactic Federation and who are assisting us from “beyond the veil” with our collective evolution have found the states of consciousness and resulting abilities that have garnered a higher dimensional experience for them. It’s been said that the “service-to-others” ideal becomes a primary creed to Live by when reaching higher states of consciousness, because the drive to help as many souls as possible to evolve is very strong. Training with the Galactic Federation SanJAsKa goes on to explain that misinformation has been spread surrounding the Galactic Federation, and that they are of pure, higher dimensional vibrations and can experience or feed absolutely no negativity. We are also told of the “training process” potential members of the Galactic Federation undergo before joining the Organization. “There has been much misinformation spread about our Federation, and we hope for it to go without saying that we do not act on any lower vibratory, mind-based or exclusionary ideals. We do not want any soul to feel as if they will not be welcomed into our Organization if they wish to offer their assistance but as has been said before, there is a process to undergo that involves training you to understand the tasks and responsibilities that would be set out for you were you to join our efforts. So many souls on your Earth are already members of the Galactic Federation and have purposefully incarnated, walked-into or found another means of inhabiting the Earth, as an aspect of serving Her and helping Her and each one of you to ascend. Beyond the souls within our Federation who are stationed on the ground, we as well as a plethora of other Lighted Organizations assisting in the ascension of your dearest world have thousands of our ships cloaked and stationed invisibly in the skies of your dear world.” “Starseed” and “wanderer” are terms that describe souls from the higher dimensions we are growing toward as a planet, who have come to the Earth from their various planets and realms of consciousness to assist in the Earth and its collective’s evolution. Many forces working for the Light and for the Galactic Federation specifically have been able to make their way to the surface of this Earth, and the “Ground Crew” as it has been called is comprised of members of the Galactic Federation stationed on the Earth who have awakened to their greater mission and have activated their greater potential. Just as SanJAsKa says, even beyond this very direct assistance the Galactic Federation are stationed in our skies in massive numbers and we as a planet can begin to recognize the assistance we are being given and welcome the off-world helpers offering their service. Why Aren’t They Here With Us Now? SanJAsKa tells us of the contacts that have been made by the Galactic Federation (and other extraterrestrial and extra-dimensional Organizations) in our ancient history, and the reason that the thousands of ships in our sky are not clearly on our ground is explained as well. “Previously, we have been able to make contact with various civilizations in your Earthly history and help them to see the Light and when revelations concerning those contacts begin to surface, you will see that we have been very actively involved in your history; both recent and ancient. Some souls wonder why we would not simply land and make contact with you if we are stationed in your skies, and we ask you to see the military state much of your world has become in relation to unidentified flying objects and the procedures that are taken in response to our craft by your militaries. Because of pervading interests who have kept a strong grip on so very many aspects of your society, we have been targeted and fired at when making our presence blatantly known and even in other time periods of your history wherein such warfare was not attempted, we still had to be careful with the personal contacts that we made.” This is one out of many reasons why we as a sovereign humanity should stand up to the pervading interests that have kept much of our history, including the extraterrestrial contacts that have been made, hidden from us. There is much information concerning contacts with Galactic humans that needs to get out, and we cannot continue to remain pacified or complacent when our future is staring us right in the eyes. Preventing an Overwhelmed Humanity SanJAsKa goes on to further discuss the care that must be taken when the various souls apart of the Galactic Federation make themselves known; not because of being targeted by militaries, but because they do not want to overwhelm those they are making the contacts with or showing themselves or their ships to. We are then told that while care must be taken, the Galactics are here to blatantly make themselves known to us and will be taking actions to that extent. “Thousands of fleets of the Galactic Federation will be made known on your dearest world in the time ahead and in this interim period, we must still be careful with how much we show ourselves as we do not and have not wished to overwhelm you dear souls or give you something that you could not handle. However, we are also on your world to increasingly make ourselves known, and increasingly make ourselves known we will. We have planned brazen flyovers before, over individual souls with cameras so they could film what they were seeing and help the very ideas of our presence spread in earnest, and we can plan mass flyovers as well that simply could not be ignored by your media because the nature of which we would make such showings of us and our craft. Again, we must be as careful as possible so as not to overwhelm you dearest souls, as much fear concerning us and our existence has been spread and we do not want any soul to go into state of fear or shock over our existence when important revelations concerning us begin to surface.” Multitudes of movies have displayed the Galactics as nasty, monstrous aliens, bent on nothing more than the complete destruction of humanity and the Earth. This practice dates back to the 1930s and 40s when coincidentally, a culture began to flourish surrounding extraterrestrials and more specifically, their craft and personal contacts with them. The response on the part of the individuals who have suppressed our history and kept us feeding fear and the resulting limitation as a collective, was to spread as much fear and misinformation as possible in a propagandist attempt to shape and mold the collective’s perception and opinion about this subject. Surely, one or two people who consider themselves discerning and rational will laugh off this entire writing and the accompanying channeled material. Perhaps my seriousness about this subject can be seen as a further means to laugh it off and if one looks around, one will see that what would otherwise be an incredibly crucial and important subject for the overall evolution of humanity has been minimized, ridiculed and given a “science fiction” mindset, and any soul who attempts to bring this subject up with seriousness is met with a wall of disbelief. Our culture and our collective beliefs have been crafted quite specifically to hold us back and so far, the souls who did this have been generally successful and would continue to be were it not for the widespread awakening taking place. Positively & Negatively Inclined Off-World Forces We are told of the very real difference between enlightened Galactics and the negatively-inclined extraterrestrials they are portrayed as, and we’re told of the desire of the Galactic souls assisting us to help us realize our nature as spiritual beings. We are also asked to embrace these very concepts that plenty of people still would not. “There is a very real difference between we Galactic souls who are a part of various ascended Organizations and Federations, and the negatively-programmed “off world forces” as you would refer to them, who are stuck temporarily in service-to-self based mindsets and ways of Living and being. No negative intents or races are a part of our sacred Federation, as we allow only Light and harmony into our circles and the collective energies surrounding each race of our Federation who will make themselves known to you will alone help you to understand and feel this. We have so very much to tell you and share with you about your evolution and about the true infinity you can find, feel and access within yourselves, and we ask for you to open up to the very concepts that have been labeled silly or unacceptable on your world, because there is so very much you haven’t been told and there will be so very much that will surprise and astonish you alike.” It’s been said that nearly all of our true history has been either hidden from us or rewritten. We have been collectively conditioned to exist within a certain frame of perception and as a result, we tend to fear or ridicule anything and everything that is too far outside of our perceptions, because of how truly different it is or would be to what we have been used to calling reality. We Earth humans have been very focused upon a fixed, set and labeled environment and reality, and this paradigm would and will be broken when learning about the existence of not just a few planets’ worth of evolved humans wishing to assist us in our evolution, but entire Federations and ascended Organizations with that very goal in mind and in heart.
