!!!!! Important Announcement by the Keshe Foundation: Signing of the world peace treaty and World peace conference

Posted on

Source: Keshe Foundation
Thanks to JK.

The Keshe Foundation made a promise that it would release a request and information on its forum today about the next step in the release of its technologies for bringing peace and equality for Mankind.

The following four PDF documents below in this link are important and need to be understood individually and then collectively as one unified paper.

We have not suggested a place and/or venue in our invitation letter for the peace conference, as we thought that mankind’s choice would be the most appropriate.

This peace conference can be held in Tehran, UN offices in New York, Beijing, Moscow or any another place on earth in a location that is acceptable to all.

The point is not the venue, but to achieve world peace for Mankind.

The date of 21.1.2013 for release of these documents is chosen for its importance and now mankind has 60 days until 21 March 2013 ( see the PDF letters) to set the scene to achieve what his forefathers could not do for thousands of years, by signing himself into accepting peace in its true sense individually and collectively.

As a race man now has the technology in hand to enforce world peace and man collectively has the determination to achieve it.

To be able to achieve world peace and see the process through, the Keshe Foundation is moving its headquarters to a new location and out of its present prison of Belgium, which has been enforced on it by international political pressure for the past nine years.

The Foundation will soon announce where it will make its new home so that we can see this treaty through safely.

In this way all political restrictions and press restriction on the Keshe Foundation will be removed and we will collaborate with all citizens of the world to make sure that the world peace treaty day can be realised.

Please collaborate with the Foundation and let today be the day when man starts a new chapter for humanity. Our goal is for every man on this planet to accept and sign themselves into the world peace treaty with their deeds, their hearts, their soul and in their words.

The Foundation calls upon world citizens to do what they have done in the last twelve months and as individuals to become a MESSENGER OF PEACE for your home, city, nation and mankind, and take the messages in these four letters to all world leaders, world ambassadors, mayors, religious leaders, your neighbour, brothers and sisters.

This can be achieved by putting these four letters out everywhere, be it on the net, media, social media, home, work place, palaces and parliaments, and by encouraging your governments, leaders of communities and individuals to sign the treaty and to organise and attend peace conferences organised by you and your nation.

Please do with this message as you did with encouraging your governments to accept the spaceship technology USB key.

I thank you for your support and hope we can achieve together in the near future what has eluded mankind from the beginning of time.

It is time to start a new chapter in the life of man on earth, where peace and serving humanity becomes the centre and focal point of every man and not the false materialistic life of today which has brought about so much misery for man from his inception on this planet.

I cannot imagine that any true man of peace or world leader will refuse to sign and to act upon what he has committed his nation, his faith and himself to by signing this treaty.

And here is a curious update by Benjamin Fulford (which, of course, will have to be corroborated):

10_1_136.gifHi Miguel,

I have not been here for awhile. After reading the past few reports it almost seems as though we are getting pretty much the same news in different formats. In defense of President O'Bama he has mentioned several times that he is not exempt from the tax hikes on the richest people. He has also stated that a small tax hike on the mega rich will not hurt them at all. I do not believe that he enjoyed making his recent speech saying that they were not able to reach an agreement because the Republicans would not budge. President O'Bama is for the people. The Republicans are only for the richest people. They have shown this time after time, but people cannot see it. This is like low income women (and some men) who watch Soap Operas on T.V. When the viewer learns that the woman is crying because she just learned that her husband is cheating on her with another woman, the viewer begins to cry as well. These viewers discuss these shows with their friends at the local Bingo Hall or the free lunch halls where they go to get their free meals because they can't afford to go to a restaurant. They believe that they can relate to the woman on T.V.but They forget that the woman on the T.V. has a maid, a butler, and a chaufer to wait on them hand and foot. Reality and fantasy are beginning to become entertwined to the point that O'Bama takes the blame for every bad thing that happens even though it is not his fault. Money corrupts people and now it appears that those who are struggling just to get by are feeling sorry for the ones who are taking the last morsel of food out of their mouths. Eventually, we will all have to learn how to seperate the reality from the fantasy.

By the way, I would appreciate it if you could check out me new forum thread called UFO Revelations at http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/post/2596554/UFO-Revelations.aspx?flag=19192260 I have videos from Blossom,Sheldan Nidle, Aisha North and others and I have given you credit for them. Feel free to bring in anything that you want.

GOD BLESS YOU

India rejects Bayer plea against cheap cancer drug

India patents office rejects Bayer appeal against cheaper version of its cancer drug

India's patent appeals office on Monday, March 4, 2013, rejected international drug maker Bayer AG's plea to stop Indian company Natco Pharma Ltd. from manufacturing a cheaper generic version of a patented cancer drug. NEW DELHI (AP) -- India's patent appeals office has rejected Bayer AG's plea to stop the production of a cheaper generic version of a patented cancer drug in a ruling that health groups say is an important precedent for getting inexpensive lifesaving medicines to the poor.

Last year, India's patent office allowed local drug manufacturer Natco Pharma Ltd. to produce a generic version of Bayer's kidney and liver cancer drug Nexavar on the grounds it would make the drug available to the public at a reasonably affordable price. It was the first use of compulsory licensing under Indian patent laws passed in 2005.

The Intellectual Property Appellate Board rejected the German drug maker's appeal of the 2012 ruling on Monday. It also ruled that under the license Natco must pay 7 percent in royalties on net sales to Bayer.

Bayer sells a one month supply of the drug for about $5,600. Natco's version would cost Indian patients $175 a month, less than 1/30th as much.

Western pharmaceutical companies have been pushing for stronger patent protections in India to regulate the country's $26 billion generics industry, which they say frequently flouts intellectual property rights. However, health activists and aid groups counter that Indian generics are a lifesaver for patients in poor countries who cannot afford Western prices to treat diseases such as cancer, malaria and HIV.

Bayer said Tuesday it "strongly" disagreed with the appeal panel's decision and would pursue the case in the high court in India's commercial capital Mumbai.

"Bayer is committed to protecting its patents for Nexavar and will rigorously continue to defend our intellectual property rights within the Indian legal system," the company said in a statement.

It said one of the main barriers to access to medicines in developing countries such as India is the "lack of adequate healthcare services and infrastructure ensuring that drugs will effectively bring treatment to those who most need it."

Health groups welcomed the panel's ruling saying it would check the abuse of patents and open up access to affordable versions of patented medicines.

"The decision means that the way has been paved for compulsory licenses to be issued on other drugs, now patented in India and priced out of affordable reach, to be produced by generic companies and sold at a fraction of the price," said Leena Menghaney of medical humanitarian aid organization Medecins Sans Frontieres.

The decision might encourage Indian drug makers to explore the compulsory license route to manufacturing drugs that are critical in the treatment of HIV patients.

"We have started to switch people we treat for HIV who develop drug resistance on to newer medicines. But these are expensive, which means not everyone who needs the medicine can afford it," said Menghaney.

She said a World Health Organization-recommended drug such as Raltegravir costs nearly $1,800 per person per year, an unaffordable sum for most HIV patients in India.

"We are waiting to see if drug manufacturers will take up the challenge," Menghaney said.

Under World Trade Organization rules, governments have the right to issue compulsory licenses to overcome barriers to access to cheaper versions of a patented drug without the consent of the company that invented the drug.

Several Western pharmaceutical giants say India's 2005 Patent Act fails to guarantee the rights of investors who finance drug research and development.

Bayer said the patent panel's order weakens the international patent system and endangers pharmaceutical research.

"The limited period of marketing exclusivity made possible by patents ensures that the costs associated with the research and development of innovative medicines can be recovered," the company said.

Meanwhile, Swiss drug maker Novartis AG is awaiting a decision by India's Supreme Court on the rejection of patents for its cancer drug Gleevec. That case revolves around a different legal provision allowing India to block "evergreening" — extensions of patents based on minor changes to existing treatments.

The Supreme Court's ruling on the case is expected soon.
