Linda, You are talking to a little bit challenged html writer. I do know some to be able to look at it and know where I need to put things in but on the record I am using Dreamweaver for this site. I think I can do what you said. I did think of the stack of tables to fix the separations but was a little afraid to take the plunge. Is there a way to just slide a table under the others easily. Sort of like sliding a piece of paper under three portions. I like my publisher program where I can put something on the top and then tell it to go to the back. As far as the size of the tables I was doing just what you said but it wasn't coming out even with the top. So did a little adjusting. "P.S. May I also recommend centering the whole page? That way you don't have a huge gap of space on the right side on a 19" monitor. : )" Will it still look centered on a 17" or smaller. I know what you mean about it bigger on the right but that is only on some monitors. On the one I use at school, you have to scroll over to the right to see the whole page, but on another monitor at the same school it was all there and bigger margin on the right. Oh what have I gotten myself into. Martha

Hey I'm learning more html. Linda your code worked and I am changing my pages. Also figured out the br tag and I'm working on that. Really don't know how to center the page. Is there a code for that. I am going to change my pages before uploading them all so it will be awhile before you see it. Also my tables were supposed to be 160, 658,and 130 and for some reason it came out looking closer than when it all added up to 930. But everytime I slide in a picture or add something it changes the sizes. I have to go through my pictures and get their sizes changed. Martha

Martha, Isn't HTML wonderful once you get to understand it? LOL The website is looking much better visually. At least to me.

Thanks Winston, I have just put up a couple more pages, redid one that wasn't working and finally seem to have gotten my shopping cart ready to roll. Of course I will be tweaking here and there,(any suggestions will always be well received)but I feel like I can start moving into the promoting stage. Since my shopping cart looks like it is a go I will start making my buttons for the products. Martha

Hi Martha: To center the page, just use this: [body bgcolor="#B98F6A" text="#333333" link="#003333" vlink="#660033"] all your content is here.... [/body] Use pointy html brackets, of course. : ) Oh, and adding a picture that's wider than a cell will force the cell wider. So, if your cell is 160 pixels wide, and you put in a 200 pixel wide picture, it will force the cell to be 200 pixels, too. Kind of like a snake swallowing it's dinner and it's belly stretching to fit. lol So yes, you're right that the trick is resizing the images to fit the cell widths. : ) Linda
