Hello, Everyone,
I hope all you had a wonderful New Year!
Tomorrow will be January 2nd. We have until January 4th to help Dr. David put together a Mission Statement and the Rules and Regulations.
Since my last post, I have only seen more questions. However, we really need some answers. As Dr. David has said many times, this is a Group effort.
He is taking us from ground zero to success! So, I have re-worded the questions. The questions are directed toward YOU not Dr. David.
Please take some time to read over the questions again and post your New Year’s greeting along with some ideas and suggestions Dr. David can use for the Mission Statement and Rules and Regulations.
We want to build a strong foundation that was built by a Team effort. If you have other questions, please include them along with your answers in your post in the form of a statement.
1. Should we form a separate corporation for each opportunity joined or should all programs be placed in the WOSAT Corporation?
2. Charter Members vs. New Members.
a. Should there be a separate earning structure for Charter Members?
b. Will New Members be stockholders?
c. Will New Members have voting rights?
3. What payment method should WOSAT use?
4. What criteria should WOSAT use to choose new opportunities? i.e. will we stick to one industry or many?
5. If WOSAT cannot join an opportunity directly under the corporation, how should they determine who to join under if more than one member is already in that program?
6. How should WOSAT handle downlines fairly?
7. With the tracking capabilities, should members who produce more or improve more or mentor others be rewarded financially?
8. What provision should we put in the Rules and Regulations to remove a shareholder if they are not performing or have caused problems? What are the grounds for removal?
9. Should we promote WOSAT or individual programs?
10. What do you see as the step-by-step building strategy?
11. As members become successful, how can we keep them in WOSAT and encourage them to help others become successful?
12. How do we keep the lines of communication open so everyone is well informed?
13. Should we have a “watch dog” group?
14. Who will be responsible for training?
15. Who will provide service and support?
We have all come together to participate in the Adventure. Here’s your chance to start participating. Every person in WOSAT is important and their views and opinions are important.
Thanks for helping make us a strong, organized and caring group that is fair for everyone.
Peace and prosperity!
Alice
