Re: 3 Questions for Arild and John

Hi Arild, I guess this all brings one question to my mind. Now that you have been made aware of the fact that this randomizer is against the Pay Pal user terms and can cause problems for people using it, will you now stop promoting it or will you continue to do what is against the terms and conditions of Pay Pal? In the court system any judge would tell you that iqnorance of the law (or terms in this case) is no excuse. You are promoting it, therefore you are responsible to ensure it is legal and ethical. If someone told you that you could make a lot of money just by selling these little bags to people, and you went ahead, and then one day you were arrested and your defence was, "I never looked in the bag it was up to the guy I bought them from to be sure it was legal". What do you think might happen? When you decide to promote a product or service there is a certian responsibility on your part to due your due diligence to be sure it is ethical and above board. The people that you are promoting it to are trusting in you, and not the creator of the program. Stating that is the creator of the programs job to do that is nothing more than a cop out.

Hi Arild; =========================================== But why ask me as a user - and not all users, instead of the owners? =========================================== Because the owner will not listen to anyone as long as he is making money. But if all the users say to the owner "you are putting our paypal at risk - fix the problem or we will not sell for you" then maybe he will listen. There are many programs that do not use paypal and do not put you at risk. If you tell the owner that you don't want to be at risk and his users start leaving - he will lose money - and that is the ONLY thing he will listen to. : ) Linda

Thanks Linda. As I always have said: I like Your forums. I only think they sound a little as a "fight" sometimes - and I hate to fight. If my colour is Blue and Yours Red - I wold not "fight" about it. Serious disc / comm is okay, but I have other believes than "fighting" - therefor also my defence - as I have trained for 28 years :-) In the 60`s they said: Make love - no war! Well - thats Arild. Take care.. Arild

As I am reading here I start wonder, and therefor have a good question for ALL of 3: Will PayPal, StormPay, E-gold and others delete 95% of their accounts, as most of the users/customers ARE networkers?? I will think NO is the right answere, as network-based systems as gamling, suring, teambuilding, networksale....... is most of their income. Arild
