You are so right...
The thing what amazes me most is, they spend so much time & use a lot of resources to capture a small amount of money.
They are actually inteligent enough to set up a legitimate business program & earn far more leagally.
Guess this does not appeal to some people, that & having to pay tax's if they did something leagal.
