Hi Kim; ============================= ...my sister has her own restaurant so i help her out when i can you know little tricks here and there and i guess i will teach my grand daughter as well when she get older the same as i did my daughter... ============================= Hmmm. This almost sounds like the makings of a good book for people that are hopeless in the kitchen and could use a few tricks. A book that could maybe be sold online. Writing it would fill some of those hours, and selling it could be a lot of fun. Maybe some food for thought? : ) Linda

Linda, I know you started this awhile back but I am just joining and wanted to get in on the fun. I've loved lots of things during my life so here they are. Riding and training ponies and horses-This is my all time favorite and have been told numerous times of my special ability with it. Gave it up for safety reasons when I had my son. Gardening, painting gourds and on canvas, drawing, reading, exercise-walking and step aerobics, baking, bird watching, health and wellness, dogs, cats and any other animal I happen to have at the time. Right now I have a couple of chickens. Photography, watching my son in mt. bike races. Martha
