Re: Fed up with GDI ...

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for bringing this subject up. That was a lot about GDI. I tried to remove myself several months ago. It took me some really forceful mailing to stop my account there. Several contacts with my upline, support and in the end a rather stiff mail to Admin. Rather a shame really because I think it is a good program, but the company gets a lot of negativity when it is hard to find a way to be quit the mailing or a membership that you wish to leave. Unfortunatly they are not alone. I have had to cancel my credit card due to two other companies that have refused to accept my account close. This is certainly not ethical or good business tactics.

Hello, Now that we have heard the negative side of GDI,is their a positive side? The reason I am asking is that I recently joined. Has anyone been ripped off? Based on what I have heard here ,I might as well drop the program. It sure isn,t good for business. p.s Incidentally,I,ll just block their email address if I have a problem. It wouldn,t be the 1st time I have used this measure. It works!

Greetings Kenneth, Thank you for the invitation and for taking the time and effort to share your views on this. We really haven't had any problems with them ourselves but again after you have seen their movie once there is no need to see it again. We do however understand your impatience with them. What a painful experience and certainly colours your opinion of the company and their ethics. I have a saying on my notice board (for my own business practice), "How you do anything is how you do everything." If that's how they operate on the small matters then I'd not like to affiliate with them at any significant level. Pity for those who do believe in the business and are running with the opportunity. This kind of practice must damage a company in the long term. I guess posting about your experiences at a forum such as this is about the most effective action to take for now. If it gets to the ridiculous stage then you might consider sending a warning to them, with regard the possibility of you reporting them to appropriate watchdogs who deal with these things. Good luck with shaking off their emails! :)

What a nuisance Kenneth. It can't be any good for long term business to operate in that fashion. I find it a shame for those who believe in the company and are running with the opportunity. I have a saying posted at my desk (for my own business): "How you do anything is how you do everything." If they have these types of practices in their smaller matters then I'd not like to affiliate with them in any significant way. Posting about your experiences at a forum such as this is an effective action and you could send them a warning, about the possibility of reporting them to the relevant 'watchdogs' if the problem persists. Good luck shaking off their emails! :)
