Dear Lord, Bless Shelly and her family. Help them to find rest from their trials in your stength and comfort. Help the officials and others in their community to see this family's need so that they can come to their aid. Soften the hearts of all those who are in positions of authority in our nation and all around this world. Help them to see the suffering among the members of their flocks and birth within them a passion for the well being of those in their care. In Jesus name I pray. Amen,

Hi Janise, Thank you for your prayer for Shelly. She lives in Ohio. Thank you for all your suggestions as well here. It is much appreciated. I know in GA I pay a little extra on my power bill each month to help people who can not afford to pay their bills. It is called operation round up so if your bill is $79.01 it is rounded to $80. Shelly if you have not contacted the power company you may want to do so and ask if they have such a program. Janise is right about visiting a church for food. Our church has a food ministry whereby people can come on Wednesday night and get a whole box of food. On Tuesdays we go collect food from Kroger and Publix that has just expired but is still good but they can not sell. They will also help you with clothing and other things as well. So check around and see what church may have a food ministry in your area. If you can find a Church of God they usually do have one. God Bless! Marion

Hi Brother Yada, Thank you for coming and praying and for your advise here. I agree with most of it except the arthritis part as I believe that is a degenerative joint disease. I have found that people taking glucosamine and chondroitin helps if taken 3 times a day. It helps to re-build the cartledge around the bone. It can be bought at Wal-Mart, grocery stores or any drug store. God Bless! Marion
