The following is my reply to Adland Town Crier and those who find my English difficult to understand (I got a PM and
I saw a reply in the POTY forum), and from all replies in that forum.
It took me more than three hours to write and prepare this post. I wrote it
first in Greek and then I translated it into British English.
I tried to stay out from the discussion but I could not swollow the statement which is directed to our Community Admin telling him more or less that he is a dictator because he wants peace and order in AdLandPro which is his business where we all are guests, and because he decided to admin the POTW Forum. I red following in JoAnne's forum.

My reply:
The adherents of the most historical
models identify many of the same features of the old regime as being among the
causes of the POTW Admin failure. Personal factors included widespread dishonor
and oppression, which increased the likelihood of unconsciousness and spiritual
illness, and intentional discrimination in the most destitute segments of the members
in the weeks immediately before the election of POTY. The famine extended even
to other forums, and was not helped by a poor transportation infrastructure for
bulk official correspondence.
Another cause was the fact that the
POTW team fought many open wars, bringing POTW forum to the verge of corruption.
The burdens caused by bad community spirit included the huge correspondence,
made worse by the POTW team failures and ineptitude, and the lack of social
services for goodwill. The inefficient and antiquated way of thinking was as a
system unable to manage the quest for equality, something which was both caused
and exacerbated by the burden of a grossly inequitable system of privileges and
relations. Another cause was the continued conspicuous of the «noble» class,
especially POTW Admin and supporting friends, despite the good spirit on the
populace. High hypocrisy and furthermore press caused more members to be redrawn
on staying law waiting just for an incident to start a contra attack and change
the status.
There were many other factors,
many of which involved resentments and aspirations given focus by the rise of enlightenment
ideals, which included resentment of POTW Team absolutism, resentment by «the
ambitious professional and mercantile elite» towards noble privileges and
dominance in community life, many of whom were familiar with the lives of their
peers in the other forums, resentment by «peasants», and the bourgeoisie toward
the traditional «seigneurial» privileges possessed by «nobles», resentment of aspirations
for freedom of other aspects, and resentment of «aristocratic bishops» by the
poorer rural clergy, continued hatred for good will and influence on
institutions of all kinds, by the large group of redrawn members, aspirations for
liberty and normal progress, and anger toward the POTW Admin for managing posts
and replies, which were desperate reactions and seen by many members.
Finally, perhaps all the above,
was the almost total failure of the POTW Team and their advisers to deal
effectively with any of these problems and difficulties.
Result: Technical resignation.
