	Hello Ally! Thank you for the comment and for co-hosting this forum topic. I am Christian but I know that occult and esoterics are as good. Meditaion and spiritualism are also sacraments in Chrisitanity but few of our priests know to handle it well. Most of them have total ignorance. Excercizing alternative therapies and medicine, and homeopathy are also accepted lately, but some centuries back you would be hanged for that. Here is something from Hindu religion.
