RE: HSIG - Muslim Brotherhood Denies They'll Keep Peace Treaty With Israel
1/13/2012 3:27:24 PM
Hello Friends,

The State Department claimed last week that the Muslim Brotherhood gave assurances that they would keep the peace treaty with Israel. The only problem with that absurd statement by the Hillary State Department is that the Muslim Brotherhood denies it. The State Department is in denial and can't seem to fathom the truth about their new "allies" and friends. In actual fact the whole B Husein regime is in denial but there's nothing new about that especially when you consider his Islamic agenda that is progressing according to his plans.

Read more about it in the below article from Jihad Watch.

Shalom,

Peter

War is deceit: the agenda is the same, but the message depends on the audience. More on this story. "Brotherhood: We did not promise to honor Israel peace treaty," by Roi Kais for YNet News, January 7:

The Muslim Brotherhood denied on Saturday that it had assured Washington it would uphold the 1979 Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty.
US State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters on Thursday that the Islamist movement, the clear victor in the first round of elections for the Egyptian Parliament, pledged to honor the various treaties signed by previous Cairo governments, including the peace deal with Israel.
Nuland insisted that the various political parties in Egypt have offered the US "good guarantees" that the peace treaty will be observed. She stressed that Washington fully expects all of Cairo's political factions to honor the previous regime's international agreements.

Dodging the issue:

According to Essam al-Erian, deputy head of the Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice party, the accords "are under the responsibility of the people and state institutions, and it would not be right for anyone to speak on behalf of the Egyptian people."
Speaking to the London-based Arabic newspaper Al-Hayat, al-Erian said, "We are not in a position to give assurances."

The message depends on the audience:

Rashad al-Bayoumi, the Brotherhood's second in command, told Al-Hayat las [sic] week that "the Muslim Brotherhood will not recognize Israel under any circumstances and might put the peace treaty with the Jewish state up to a referendum."...
The Brotherhood, he added, "did not sign the peace accords… We are allowed to ask the people or the elected parliament to express their opinion on the treaty, and (to find out) whether it compromised the people's freedom and sovereignty. We will take the proper legal steps in dealing with the peace deal. To me, it isn't binding at all. The people will express their opinion on the matter."...

RE: HSIG - Lawyers Join Forces To Create Formidable Organization

Hello Friends,

Much has been reported on the encroachment of shariah law into the American judicial system. Some states have passed laws on this issue and this past week one state had it's anti shariah law overturned in court. The reasons for that were bad legislative preparation for the law that was passed. In all the states that successfully passed their anti shariah laws David and Robert were involved both in the preparation of the legislation and defending it in court successfully.

In addition there were freedom of speech and other cases of attempts to silence those in opposition to shariah and jihadi attacks against ads and other forms of media expression that the the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas front organizations like CAIR tried to silence.

David Yerushalmi and Robert Muise both successful attorneys have been fierce fighters to protect the freedoms of Americans against these attacks both on the shariah front and freedom of speech that these jihadi groups and organizations are trying to make the law of the land.

These two attorneys created a new organization the "American Freedom Law Center" which they'll head with lawyers from all over the country joining to protect the freedoms that are the right of all.

The below article goes into more detail and also give a short resume of their successful defenses in the past. Definitely a must read. Their services will be free and they need the help of those willing and able to help out with donations would be greatly appreciated.

Shalom,

Peter

BREAKING: "American Freedom Law Center"

Friday, January 13, 2012

My legal team, David Yerushalmi and Robert Muise, have joined forces to create a legal organization fighting on the front lines for the preservation of our cherished freedoms. Both Yerushalmi and Muise have successfully sued NYC, Dearborn, Miami, etc. on behalf of AFDI/SIOA for violation of free speech. David defended me in the $10,000,000 lawsuit filed against me by Rifqa Bary's parents' attorney, Omar Tarazi, and won.

This is great news and the dawning of a new era: going on the offense against who would crush our freedoms.

Bothe David Yerushalmi and Robert Muise will be among those leading lights speaking at our AFDI/SIOA Event at CPAC: Islamic Law in America. Historic. You don't want to miss it. It will be SRO.

Lawyers Join Forces to Create Formidable Organization

Having collaborated for over four years on many high-profile cases, attorneys David Yerushalmi and Robert J. Muise have decided to formalize their working relationship by together launching the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC). Yerushalmi, an orthodox Jew, and Muise, an orthodox Catholic, describe AFLC as the Nation’s first truly authentic Judeo-Christian, public interest law firm.

Through AFLC, Yerushalmi and Muise seek a return to what they describe as “America’s founding commitment to receive God’s continued blessing for America.” Yerushalmi commented, “AFLC will fight for faith and freedom by advancing and defending America’s Judeo-Christian heritage and moral foundation through litigation, education, and public policy programs. Fighting for our Judeo-Christian values is more than simply defending religious liberty; it is fighting for the very survival of our Nation.” He added, “Throughout history, great nations have fallen from within. Make no mistake, America is a blessed Nation, but only so long as it remains faithful to the Judeo-Christian values upon which it was founded.”

Yerushalmi and Muise have pledged to aggressively fight those who seek to undermine and destroy our Nation’s founding principles. They view secular progressives and organizations such as the ACLU and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as domestic enemies to the Judeo-Christian values reflected in our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. They vow to fight the “civilization jihad” being waged by the Muslim Brotherhood and other sharia-driven Muslims operating within the United States, including CAIR.

What is AFLC? It is first and foremost a public interest litigation firm. Muise explained the pressing need for an organization like AFLC: “To great effect, elite secular progressives are systematically assailing and destroying our Nation’s moral foundation. Driven by a transnational world view that is hostile to our Nation’s Judeo-Christian values, progressives are zealously sweeping religion from the public square, foisting sharia law and other harmful international precedents into our courts and Constitution, assaulting the traditional family, and weakening our national defense by — among other things — undermining the strength of our military through social engineering and political correctness. Our traditional liberties hang in balance. And for good or ill, this battle for America’s soul is being waged in the courtrooms across America.”

Our traditional liberties hang in balance. And for good or ill, this battle for America’s soul is being waged in the courtrooms across America.”

AFLC will aggressively advance and defend our Nation’s Judeo-Christian moral foundation in courts all across America. Yerushalmi and Muise will prosecute cases to advance and defend religious liberty, freedom of speech, the sanctity of human life, and the traditional family. They will craft litigation to promote limited government, a renewed federalism, and a strong national defense, which includes the right of private citizens to bear arms. And they will engage the enemy with what Yerushalmi and Muise describe as offensive “lawfare” to defend our national sovereignty and to fight stealth jihad in all of its forms, including the “civilization jihad” being waged by CAIR and others.

According to Yerushalmi and Muise, there is no other public interest law firm as uniquely qualified to fight this battle. Indeed, Yerushalmi and Muise make a formidable team. Both are accomplished lawyers with many decades of litigation experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts all across the country.

Yerushalmi specializes in litigation and risk analysis, especially as it relates to geo-strategic policy, national security, international business relations, securities law, disclosure and due diligence requirements for domestic and international concerns. He is an expert in constitutional law, with an emphasis on the First Amendment. He has been involved in international legal and constitutional matters for over 25 years. And he is today considered an expert on Islamic law and its intersection with Islamic terrorism and national security.

In this capacity, he has published widely on the subject including the principle critical scholarship on sharia-compliant finance published in the Utah Law Review (2008, Issue 3). Yerushalmi also designed and co-authored a ground-breaking peer reviewed empirical investigation on sharia-adherence and the promotion of violent, jihadist literature in U.S. mosques published in the Middle East Quarterly (Summer 2011) and then republished in a more detailed format in Perspectives on Terrorism, the journal of the prestigious Terrorism Research Initiative. This research and scholarship on sharia was earlier the focus of a 2008 monograph published by the McCormick Foundation and the Center for Security Policy entitled, “Shariah, Law and ‘Financial Jihad’: How Should America Respond?” Just recently, Yerushalmi was listed by Forward Magazine as one of the top 50 Jewish leaders in 2011 for his work shaping the policy initiatives countering the threat from sharia.

Muise, a former Marine infantry officer, brings to the legal team a tough, no-nonsense attitude. Prior to beginning his constitutional law practice in 2000, Muise served 13 years in the Marine Corps. He first served as an infantry officer for 9 years, during which time he participated in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in the first Persian Gulf War. He then attended law school at the University of Notre Dame while he was a Captain on active duty. He graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 1997, and served several years as a Marine Judge Advocate. Muise attained the rank of Major prior to resigning his commission in 2000. According to Muise, he is still fulfilling the oath he took in the Marine Corps: “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” He has been fighting this battle his entire adult life. This past August, Muise was named the “Appellate Lawyer of the Week” by the National Law Journal.

As Yerushalmi and Muise note, they are no strangers to this fight. Over the past decade, they have appeared on many local, national and international radio and television programs, including the O’Reilly Factor, Hannity & Colmes, Fox & Friends, Freedom Watch, and others, to discuss their cases. They frequently appear on conservative talk radio stations across the Nation. And their work has been covered by major national publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Los Angeles Times, National Review, American Thinker, WorldNetDaily, and others. By joining forces and forming AFLC, they are convinced that AFLC will quickly become the Nation’s premier, public interest law firm engaged in this critical battle for America.

Please prayerfully consider supporting AFLC and its mission. Your tax-deductible donation will help preserve our great Nation for future generations.

The American Freedom Law Center is a Judeo-Christian law firm that fights for faith and freedom. It accomplishes its mission through litigation, public policy initiatives, and related activities. It does not charge for its services. The Law Center is supported by contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations, and is recognized by the IRS as a section 501(c)(3) organization.

Hello Friends,

MSM has been in an uproar about the US Marines urinating on the dead Taliban jihadis. While this in not something I condone but all I can say after the fact is big deal. The first thing that came to my mind when the MSM, State Department and B Hussein administration as a whole went into overdrive on this event was that the beheading and torture of American by these same jihadi Taliban savages (and many other jihadi groups and organizations) never got the same coverage as some Marines acting in bad taste with their urinating on the dead jihadis.

The below article and video goes into more detail on the biased reporting both recent and in the past by MSM and the administration on jihadi attacks on American soil. Barely got any coverage if at all. Thank God for the internet where you can at least get honest reporting on events MSM won't cover cos of their ridiculous political correctness and not wanting to offend the muslim community.

So now there is an attempt to punish these marines for p*issing on their enemy. This is ridiculous and shameful to try and punish these soldiers who put their lives on the line for their country for simply acting in bad taste.

Shalom,

Peter

VIDEO CBS: Pamela Geller on Marines Victory Tinkle, "So what?"

I was interviewed yesterday on WTSP (CBS Florida affiliate) on the US Marines breach of protocol and the the ensuing brouhaha.

Have you seen the firestorm in the enemedia and among Obama's craven apologists over the US Marines victory tinkle? The media is beside itself at the idea that we somehow disrespected devout murdering jihadists.

Did the three jihadis attack in America this week get this much press?

Did the Alabama Muslim shooting at police in order "to draw attention to islam" get as much press?

Did the devout Florida Muslim who was arrested plotting to blow up nightclubs, a sheriff's office and use an explosive belt to "get in somewhere where there's a lot of people" and take hostages get as much press?

Did another in a series of attacks on New Jersey synagogues get as much press? Or the fact that the Rabbi and his family were targeted when molotov cocktails were thrown in their bedroom window? Did they get press?

Did the Islamic slaughter of beautiful Zainab (below) and her sisters, Sahar, 17, and Geeti, 13, in an honor killing get as much press? "May the devil **** on their graves. Is that what a daughter should be? Would a daughter be such a whore?" -- Muhammad, the Muslim dad who honor killed his three daughters and wife."God's curse on them for generations. ... They betrayed Islam."

Did these women get any press? Did these girls?

Did yesterday's public whipping of a convert out of Islam get any coverage?

Did the treasonous Congressman who was taking blood money to get Islamic "charities" that were funding jihad off the terror list get as much press?

Was the press outraged over the slaughter of blacks in Libya by the new jihadist government?

Was the press outraged over the beating and sodomy of Ghaddafi?

Was the press outraged by the sexual attack (while screaming "Jew!") by the "freedom" protesters in Egypt?

I could go on and on and on: the slaughter of Christians in Muslim countries, the jihad in the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Kenya, Ethiopia, the jihad against the Jews ..... you get the picture.

The press is wringing their hands, crying like little girls that this might upset the terrorists and incite jihad. Trust me, thumbsuckers, with or without the wee wee, they are coming after you. They are upset over a tinkle? Well, the majority of Americans are upset over Mogadishu.

Offended? I am more offended by Valerie Jarrett teling a decorated officer to bring her a drink at a cocktail party.

The press is the enemy.

G-d bless the US Marines.

Hello Friends,

No one knows for sure who was responsible for the killing of the Iranian nuclear scientist last week. The lunatic Iranian regime blames both Israel and the United States. While there seems to be a consensus by world wide MSM that Israel is the 'perpetrator' (remember according to the world and the UN Israel is to blame for everything) it hasn't been proven by anybody but I'd be very proud if it were true.

The kook Ron Paul was interviewed on Fox News and as you'll see in the below video this guy is in a lala land all of his own. Aside from his views on the killing of the Iranian nuclear scientist he comes out wit idiocies of the sort that Iran is a weak country and know they can be annihilated in 40 minutes. Yep, that's a stupidity straight from the mouth of the loon Ron Paul. I wonder if he forgot the war between Iran
and Iraq. It was a war that took place over many years and the United States wasn't able to annihilate Iraq in 40 minutes did she?

He also claims the Iranian's aren't really interested in closing the Straits of Hormuz. Really just empty threats? Maybe but he's the only person in the sane world that thinks it's an idle threat.

The funniest part of the interview was his reaction to him being the weakest opponent against B Hussein. His response was that is was a totally unreliable poll and then he comes out with the claim that he came out in a another poll equal to B Hussein (now that is a reliable poll according the kook). I follow the polls and his claim is not true but in his demented imagination I guess he believes it is.

Oh well, I'm very curious what the results will be in South Carolina. I have a feeling he'll take a beating there and I hope I'm not mistaken. Remember in South Carolina only Registered Republicans can vote. Quite different from New Hampshire.

Shalom,

Peter

Ron Paul: Killing of Iranian nuke scientist "an act of terrorism"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNPnoFleokM

Iranian leaders have repeatedly stated that the demise of Israel is imminent. Iran's intentions to build a nuclear bomb are now widely acknowledged. This nuclear scientist was aiding in the construction of weapons that could murder millions of innocent people. Iran clearly already considers itself at war with Israel and the United States, and the killing of this scientist was a defensive action in the war.

Ron Paul represents the voice of appeasement and willful blindness regarding the Iranian jihad.

has Ron Paul? ever complained about the Iranians using IEDs to kill our soldiers?

Those were not acts of terrorism, they were acts of war. IF the US did this then it is entirely justified.

Same for israel based on the attacks through hezbualh. Iran is the aggressor and to respond in self-defense is legal.

During WW2, the Allies bombed German factories manufacturing 'heavy water' and 'flying bombs'. Doubtless, many scientists and assembly workers were killed in these raids.

But if Ron Paul had had his way, the Nazis would have been allowed to manufacture 'flying bombs' that would have decimated civilian population centers in Britain.

The 21st Century Nazis, who have also promised to 'wipe out' the Jews, must be stopped before they attack large civilian centers, too. And let's face it, no one is carpet bombing Iranian military centers! Three key scientists in 2 years is a forensic, pin-point defensive measure. Stuxnet was also a forensic, pin-point measure.

Ron Paul should know better. He's a clown!

Nazi Germany terrorized (terror-bombed) Poland, Rotterdam, London, Coventry, etc., early in the second world war. It was only a small portion of the atrocities Germany committed against innocent civilians. When the allies were up to speed, they returned terror for terror. They terror-bombed (fire-bombed) German cities - Frankfurt, Dresden, Hamburg, Mainz, etc. - incinerating nearly one million German civilians in an effort to demoralize the German people into surrender. That does not mean the United States and England are state sponsors of terrorism. There is legitimate terrorism. When Israel targets a Hamas or Islamic jihad bomb-maker or leader, Dr. Paul can legitimately call it terrorism but it is justifiable terrorism. Terror for terror. Iran is a preeminent state sponsor of international terrorism. What does Congressman Paul expect us to do? Just take it?

Ron Paul's premise of non-interference appears to be that if Iran's acquisition of nuclear weapons doesn't directly involve America then we should just mind our own business.

Fueled by the radical teachings of Islam, mad dog Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, has stated publicly his intentions of "Wiping Israel off the map." Any reasonable person would assume he would use those nuclear weapons to do so.

How is that none of our business? What if the threat was made against Britain instead of Israel? Would Paul react the same way? To be logically consistent he would have to. So what is the message to our allies? You're on your own?

Would Paul do anything militarily to intercede on behalf of an American ally in dire need? I'm beginning to seriously doubt that he would. Perhaps he would dismantle all of the military except the national guard. Just enough to protect our own borders. No wait, he's an open borders advocate too. Scratch that. All we really need are the Boy Scouts.

In all seriousness though, Ron Paul has a dangerous isolationist view of the world in my opinion.

The "mysterious" deaths of these Iranian nuclear scientists should serve to warn the mad man in Iran that we are deadly serious about the situation. Ron Paul would have done well to remain silent. Instead, he shows the Mullahs in Iran that they have an ally in him.

Yes, yes, I know, "It's the economy, stupid!"

Yes, but what is really dangerous and irritating is his incoherence. There are so many contradictions and flaws in his thinking, that one is forced to conclude that he is not fit to be the most powerful man on the planet:

at about 2:30 - 2:45, Paul says:

_____________

He doesn't, simply, get it. He is completely ignorant about Islam, and he is delusional as to Iran's threat to mankind in general, and Israel, in particular.

Then, at 2:45 - 2:55 or so:

"...and all these things we do to try to get rid of the regime in Iran right now actually plays into their hands, because once we interfere or bring on sanctions, that brings the Iranian people together..."

He's nuts. He's a closet Troofer. He's naive. Anybody who votes for this fellow deserves his fate...the Iranian people are itching to get rid of the Mullahs. Pauls astonishing limited consideration and ignorance for the totality of realistic repercussions, concerning iranian nukes, is a product of his rigid and inflexible mental philosophical mechanism that reduces evrything to an extreme libertarian utopianism where federal Government is not only checked, as it has to be, but totally eliminated.

at about 2:30 - 2:45, Paul says:

"We shouldn't be engaged in trying to stir up trouble...".

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Stirring up trouble seems to be a theme with Dr. Paul. At the December 10 Iowa debate, Dr. Paul said the following in part:

GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS:22:02:29:00 I wanna change subjects now because-- foreign policy was-- Speaker Gingrich caused something of a stir overnight in the Middle East with comments he made in interview with the Jewish channel in which he called the Palestinians an invented people. And-- I just wondered-- G-- Congressman Paul, if I can start with you: Do you agree with that characterization, that the Palestinians are an invented people?

CONGRESSMAN RON PAUL: 22:02:52:00 N-- no, I don't agree with that. And that's just stirrin' up trouble. And I-- I believe in a non-interventionist foreign policy. I don't think we should get in the middle of these squabbles. But to go out of our way and say that so-and-so is not a real people? Technically and historically, yes-- you know, under the Ottoman Empire, the Palestinians didn't have a state, but neither did Israel have a state then too.

22:03:13:00 But this is how we get involved in so many messes. And I think it just fails on the side of-- practicing a little bit of diplomacy, getting ourselves (LAUGH) into trouble mentioning things that are unnecessary. The people in those regions should be dealing with these problems; we shouldn't be dealing with these things.

22:03:30:00 But-- historically, it-- it-- you know, under the Ottoman Empire, that i-- that is-- technically-- correct.....

Yes, I watched that debate. Our enemies would like nothing more than the US becoming isolationist. Paul would be their pick for sure.
Author Profile Page Jamadagnii | January 14, 2012 1:15 PM | Reply

His logic is stupefying. According to Dr. Paul, the dissidents there will be more sympathetic to Ahmadinejad if we impose sanctions to further weaken the ruling regime which the dissidents have been striving and literally dying to defeat for many years.

Does Paul have any evidence to back up this theory? No, it's just his view based on projecting how the US responded to 9-11, that it brought the country together. But neither the squabbling Republicans nor the Democrats, etc. were striving to bring down the government here, so how does this analogy apply even slightly? It doesn't, but Paul somehow convinces his supporters of this because they are ignorant and have no clue and just don't want the US involved overseas.

He goes on to say Iran is a weak and basically peaceful nation and therefore we should not stir things up because our actions are causing them to retaliate by building a bomb to use to annihilate Israel. Tell that to the Americans who were dealing with the infiltration of bombs from Iran to Iraq. Heck, Dr. Paul, tell it to Sunnis in Iraq and to Hamas in Gaza, if you want to see some Arabs break out laughing. They'll call you a real quack.

We've spoken many times about the Islamic agenda for world domination and the different forms of jihad used to reach that goal.

The below article and video shows what their mindset is and part of their plans for a Caliphate in which Islam is the only true religion. This video talks about the take over of Europe better known as Eurabia. Unfortunaely if serious action will not be taken now they are well on their way to reach their goal.

Shalom,

Peter

Egyptian Muslim cleric: "After a while, Europe will become a single Islamic state, which will know nothing but 'There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger.'"

"This will happen whether they like it or not."

Yet we constantly hear from Muslim spokesmen in the West that only greasy Islamophobes misunderstand to such a degree that they would think that any Muslim has any plans to conquer and Islamize any Western states. How the Egyptian Muslim cleric Ali Abu Al-Hasan became a greasy Islamophobe they have not yet deigned to explain.

"Egyptian Cleric Ali Abu Al-Hasan: In Several Decades, 'Europe Will Become a Single Islamic State,'" from MEMRI, January 6 (thanks to Inexion):

Following are excerpts from a Friday sermon delivered by Egyptian cleric Ali Abu Al-Hasan, which aired on Al-Hekma TV on January 6, 2012:

Ali Abu Al-Hasan: With the [Muslim] emigration [to Europe], and the unwillingness to get married and have children [among the Europeans]… A hundred of people there are succeeded by eighty, and ten years later, those eighty will be succeeded by sixty, and those sixty will later be succeeded by forty, and those forty will become ten a decade later, and twenty years later, not a single one of them will be left!

Europe has realized this. After a while, Europe will become a single Islamic state, which will know nothing but "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger." This will happen whether they like it or not. This is the decree of Allah. Islam is coming!
