RE:HSIG-Palestinian Jihadi Terrorists Slaughter 5 Sleeping Members Of A Family
3/14/2011 5:40:46 AM
Hello Friends,

The Arab and Muslim media while gleefully reporting on the slaughter in Itamar fail to mention that the victims were murdered in their sleep and a family ........ father, mother and three young children the youngest 3 months old.

The Western media are just as guilty since they call the slaughtered family "settlers". I wonder if a Palestinian family were butchered in their sleep MSM would fail to mention that children were involved and plaster their pictures all over their papers and TV stations? The bias is so obvious and transparent that only idiots would fail to see what's staring them in the face. But apparently the world is full of idiots.

Below you'll find Dry Bones take on the slaughter of the Fogel family by Palestinian Jihadi terrorists. To add insult to injury youtube and facebook removed removed a video uploaded showing the slaughtered family. They have no problem with any and all Islamic propaganda videos and videos showing innocents being beheaded, stoned to death, women being whipped in the streets and so much more. But dare show a video of a slaughtered Israeli family and within two hours it's removed. Since this video is not a youtube one please click here to watch it.

Shalom,

Peter

The cold-blooded murder of a 4 month-old infant is described as the killing of another "settler".

The constant, unrelenting demonization of Jews by the Palestinian media, in the Palestinian educational system, and in their public pronouncements and ceremonies, is merely what Israel's Prime minister "described as incitement that encourages attacks".

Below, from the Washington Post:

RE:HSIG- Glen Beck Is A Mensch!

Hello Friends,

Last Friday night 5 members of the Fogel family were slaughtered in their beds by Palestinian Jihadi terrorists. On Sunday when their names were released and after speaking with a cousin who researched the Fogel family tree back in the 60s I learned that this family are distant relatives. On Tuesday afternoon I went to console the families and found 2 remarkable families. The parents and their families of the butchered father Udi and and his wife Ruthy. Both families are not looking for vengeance but hope that these nefarious Jihadi terrorist attacks will come to an end. On a personal level I don't believe that will happen but one can hope.

All of Israel was devastated by the slaughter of this innocent family and were in communal mourning for this beautiful family. The eldest daughter Tamar a 12 year old girl is having a difficult time but said that she would do her best to get over this tragedy and take responsibility for her siblings and be a mother to them.

The MSM didn't report much about the slaughter of the family and those that did were biased in their reporting as usual. You can be sure if the Palestinians fabricated the death of a Palestinian child (they've done this many a time with the assistance of the MSM) it would have been reported on every news station non stop but the slaughter of Israelis -2 adults and 3 children didn't deserve the same reporting.

Well there are exceptions to the rule and Glen Beck came out and not only reported on it but you could also see his shock and despair over these tragic events. Thank you Glen Beck for being a mensch.

Shalom,

Peter

Peter I don't think anyone with a heart, who watches these videos describing the horrific, heinous slaughter of the innocent Fogel family, will not be touched by what Glen Beck said. Glenn Beck gave an amazing and compassionate presentation of the happening and the word, "mensch" you used to describe him is right on target.
This was a new word for me and so I googled it to find out just what it meant and I found "Mensch", a Yiddish terminology and used world wide for "human being" means "a person of integrity and honor", a German word and the key to being 'a real mensch' is nothing less than character, rectitude, dignity, a sense of what is right, responsible, and decorous. Yes you nailed it on that one.
Again my sincere condolences to you and all the other members of the Fogel family who will have to deal with this the rest of their earthly life.

RE:HSIG- Israeli Paramedics Save Young Palestinian Woman & Her Child
3/19/2011 12:22:34 PM
Hello Friends,

Thanks Evelyn for your kind post. One thing though, it's not only the family that's in mourning but all of Israel. The country was devastated by this horrendous slaughter and joins the family in mourning for their dear ones.

Here's a paradoxical story with a happy ending. In the village of Neve Tzuf (just a few kilometers from Itamar) where the Fogel family is sitting shiva (the week of mourning after the burial) for Udi, Ruthy and their 3 children a Palestinian cab raced into the village and inside was a 20 year old Palestinian woman whose life was in danger along with her unborn child.

The paramedics found the woman in the process of giving birth but the umbilical cord was choking the child whose head was visible. The paramedics saved the child and the mother and all involved including the Neve Tzuf families were overjoyed at the happy ending.

One thing for sure and you can take it to the bank. MSM won't be "reporting" this in any way whatsoever.

You can read the full story below.

Shalom,

Peter

IDF, settlers save Arab baby

Saving life after massacre: IDF troops, paramedics save life of Palestinian woman giving birth in settlement where Fogel relatives sitting Shiva. Soldier: It felt amazing to hold girl in my arms, know we did something good

Yair Altman
Latest Update: 03.17.11, 01:06 / Israel News

After massacre, settlers help bring new life into world: IDF forces and local paramedics helped save the life of a Palestinian woman and her newly born infant Wednesday, at the settlement where Fogel relatives are sitting Shiva for the five Israelis brutally murderedlast week.

Just as IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz arrived in Neve Tzuf to offer his condolences, a Palestinian cab raced towards the community's entrance. In it, soldiers and paramedics discovered a Palestinian woman in her 20s in advanced stages of labor and facing a life-threatening situation: The umbilical cord was wrapped around the young baby girl's neck, endangering both her and her mother.

The quick action of settler paramedics and IDF troops deployed in the area saved the mother's and baby's life, prompting great excitement and emotions at the site where residents are still mourning the brutal death of five local family members.

IDF Corporal Levin and Palestinian baby, Jude

Corporal Haim Levin, 19, an IDF paramedic, was the first medical team member at the scene and recounted the dramatic situation he faced.

"When I arrived, I saw a woman covered by a blanket in a yellow Palestinian van. I moved closer and saw the baby's head and upper body," he told Ynet. "The umbilical cord was around the baby's neck; the baby was grey and didn't move."

"I first removed the cord from the neck and at the same time asked paramedics to prepare the baby resuscitation kit. I pinched her to see if she's responding, and she started to cry," he said. Paramedics also treated the mother, who was in good condition at that point, Levin said.

Paramedic: We treat everyone

Meanwhile, ambulance driver Orly Shlomo raced to the scene. "We joined the military paramedic and helped him cut off the umbilical cord…without the medical treatment, the fetus and woman faced genuine life danger," she told Ynet.

"It was touching, but I couldn't help but think that a few meters from there, people were sitting Shiva for another baby, who was murdered," she said. "I was touched to see the face of the new baby, but I also thought about the face of the murdered baby."

Gadi Amitun, who heads the Magen David Adom team at Neve Tzuf, said this was not the first time settlers assist Palestinians in distress.

"They know we have a skilled medical team here, and in any case of accident or injury they arrive and we help them," he said.

The paramedic noted that on the day of the Fogel massacre, settlers saw fireworks and celebrations in nearby Palestinian communities, but added that the local medical team is committed to assisting anyone in need.

"Two years ago, we also made sure to treat a terrorist who attempted to place a bomb on the road and was shot by soldiers," he said.

Palestinians from the nearby village of Nabi Salah gathered around the paramedics along with the new grandmother and could not hide their joy.

"They thanked us and told us they named the girl Jude," Corporal Levin said. "I volunteered for Magen David Adom since age 15 and it's the first time I witnessed childbirth. It was an amazing feeling, to hold the girl that was just born in my arms, and to know that in this complex place we did something good."

You are more than welcome Peter. That is what friends are supposed to do, support each other in times of need. Here is another great article on this heinous crime from our neighbors to the north, the Canada Free Press.

The President must make it clear that this grossly immoral and heinous conduct and the culture that espouses and encourages it be ended

Obama - Confronting The Killing Culture In Palestine

- David Singer Thursday, March 17, 2011

The brutal murder of five members of the Fogel family including three children aged 11, 4 and 3 months - whilst asleep in their house - could only elicit the following pathetic response from President Obama:

“We condemn in the strongest possible terms the murder of five Israelis in a terrorist attack in the northern West Bank, and we offer our condolences to their loved ones and to the Israeli people. There is no possible justification for the killing of parents and children in their home. We call on the Palestinian Authority to unequivocally condemn this terrorist attack and for the perpetrators of this heinous crime to be held accountable.”

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas - in answer to Obama‘s statement - countered by stating:

“They [Israel] are now investigating and there’s no news about who perpetrated this crime. I don’t know why they are insisting on accusing the Palestinian people.”

Not a word of condemnation was uttered by Abbas against Palestinians who celebrated the Fogel family slaughter by handing out candies and sweets to a joyful crowd in Rafah after the news of the massacre became public. They are his people and Abbas should have been appalled at such behavior.

Obama’s call for the Palestinian Authority to unequivocally condemn the murders also received short shrift from Abbas - who reportedly told the Jerusalem Post that the international community must know that settlers are targeting villages, mosques, houses and olive trees every day - and was then quoted as saying:

“The international community and Israeli society need to know about these crimes because this is a crime and that is a crime too,”

There you have it - the slit throats of innocent men, women and children equated to vandalism of olive trees.

For Abbas there is no difference between murder and vandalism as he seeks international support for a Palestinian State within the 1949 armistice lines - without Israel‘s agreement. World leaders clamor in their droves to support him in this proposal that is contrary to international law as embodied in the Montevideo Convention.

There is a widespread culture calling for death to the Jews - and official support for that culture - rampant in Palestinian society as evidenced by the following:

  • Abbas - in January - allowed a presentation of $2000 to be awarded to the relatives of a Palestinian terrorist - reported as follows in Al-Hayat Al Jadida on 25 January:

“The governor of the Jenin district, Kadura Musa, has awarded a presidential grant to the family of the Shahid (Martyr), Khaldoun Najib Samoudy, during a visit that took place yesterday in the village of Al-Yamoun. The governor noted that the grant is financial aid in the amount of $2000 that the President [Mahmoud Abbas] is awarding to the relatives of the Shahid, who was recently killed as a Martyr at the Hamra checkpoint by the Israeli occupation forces”

  • Abbas was the President who did nothing to prevent the indiscriminate firing of thousands of rockets, shells and mortars into Israeli civilian population centres from Gaza and the smuggling of weapons into Gaza prior to being deposed there by Hamas in 2007. Hamas continues to maintain its threat to rid the Middle East of Israel - ostensibly as the democratically elected leader of the Palestinian people.
  • Both Abbas and Hamas leader - Ismail Haniyeh - head organizations whose Charters call for the elimination of the Jewish State and the denial of any right of statehood for Jews under the Mandate for Palestine and article 80 of the United Nations Charter.
  • A Palestinian Authority TV tribute to “Martyrs” just three weeks ago included the terrorist who killed three Israelis in a 2002 terror attack in the same West Bank town of Itamar where the Fogel family was murdered.

The video was in honor of the anniversary of the founding of the DFLP (Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine), and was broadcast on PA TV several times daily for four days. It featured a collage with photographs labeled “Martyrs (Shahids) of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Nablus.” It included the picture of terrorist Habash Hanani, who in May 2002 entered Itamar and murdered three students in the local high school.

  • Abbas sanctioned the inauguration of a square in el-Bireh in March 2010 named after Dalal Maghreb - the Fatah woman who led the 1978 Coastal Road massacre in which 37 Israeli civilians and an American photographer were killed, and 71 were wounded,

Three days later the Palestinian Authority launched a four day seminar named after Maghreb - called the “Martyr Dalal Mughrabi Camp,” in Jericho under the auspices of the Palestinian Authority’s Military Science Academy. Its main goal was to discuss the legislative and local elections in the PA territories.
Obama must surely express his abhorrence of such official incitement and extolling of the murder of innocent Jewish civilians and condemn such conduct as being reprehensible, immoral and absolute anathema in any society.

Abbas’s attempt to justify some kind of moral equivalence between land disputes and the murder of Jewish civilians - or to excuse those murders because of the failure to resolve the 130 years old conflict between Jews and Arabs - must be categorically rejected by President Obama.

The President must make it clear that this grossly immoral and heinous conduct and the culture that espouses and encourages it be ended - by publicly demanding that:

1. Abbas return to the negotiating table with Israel within fourteen days or understand that his failure to do so will result in America taking no further part in seeking to implement the Roadmap
2. Any attempt by the Palestinian Authority to circumvent such negotiations will be met with an American veto in the Security Council
3. Any further murders of Jewish civilians in the West Bank by Palestinians will result in America withholding or possibly withdrawing all financial aid and other support to the Palestinian Authority

Hopefully other leaders would be principled enough to follow President Obama’s lead in doing something constructive to try to end the culture that resulted in the murder of the Fogels and countless thousands of Jews before them - other than issuing bland condolences that serve no real purpose.

Such demands might just wipe the smirk off the Palestinian Authority officials laughing all the way to the bank to collect the hundreds of millions of dollars in international aid that continues to come their way.
